    Enercare Furnace and AC Install

    To whom it may concern: On 17th February 2018, I signed an agreement in my home to rent a (Furnace and AC) from Enercare: Furnace – Brand - Carrier / 59TN6A06CVI7 and AC – Brand - Carrier / 24AAA524A003), at $10,400.00. Today, I want to cancel that agreement. I hereby exercise my right to cancel the agreement as a result of unfair business practice(s)as described in the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and ask that the money be returned to me and above-mentioned products removed from my premises at your earliest. I look forward to your immediate reply. I would really like this matter to be resolved immediately and hear from you soon about the outcome, so I can proceed with making the required changes to my premises. The product doesn’t give the efficiency and bill reduction promised at the sales pitch and I am not interested in continuing to pay for a new furnace and air condition unit for same results. Also, the technician who came in for the routine maintenance on 02/08/2018 stated to my wife that we are close to being at rick of a Carbon Monoxide alert. We found this to be not true now. I would have returned this product earlier but was not able to do so as it was the middle of winter and I have 3 kids under 7 who would be in grave danger if I was to return the product in 10 days as per your policy. Also, I was told to keep using the product for more than 3 months to see results. Technicians from Enercare have visited my premises twice 04/09/2018 and 05/01/2018. On the first visit, the technician has explained to us that we will not see the numbers mentioned by Sales on our bills and we are now hooked to Enercare. Second visit was prompted by Sales Consultant (Ken Carson) promising to send a senior technician. This technician didn’t do anything left my premises stating to use the furnace for 12 months to see changes in bill. This is not acceptable.

    Furnace maintenance

    The Enercare service man called ahead and came well within the service time requested. He was friendly, respectful and couteous. This was a yearly maintenance appointment and I woukd recommend this serive to anyone.

    Blocked pipe

    Technician Sandro called and came on time. Reviewed the problem and and I’m no time corrected the problem. Effective and efficient. Gave me some options and costs if it should occur again. Very professional.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Replacement of hot water tank. Eric G. and James M. were both professional, respectful and efficient. The job was done well and I am very satisfied with the install. I would recommend Enercare.

    A/C and Furnace annual maintanence

    The enercare technicians always arrive on time and are very efficient. The price for the maintenance is included in my service plan. They call me every year when it is time for my A/C and furnace maintenance. I am very happy with their service with also includes plumbing repair.

    Water heater

    Very good reasonble company and reasonable technitions well worked out for us I have plumbing and electrical coverage I was able to buyout my tank and aim very pleased with the company

    Service

    With a rental, everything is taken care of at no cost. Enercare gives great service in a timely fashion. The technician we had was courteous ans knowledgeable. Overall good experience.

    Maintenance on Rental Furnace

    Over the years I have had many Service Technicians come to our home. All male. Most have been knowledgeable and courteous. But when you are a woman at home alone, it can be an uneasy feeling at best. However what a pleasant surprise to have Sheila come to my door today for the routine maintenance of our Rental Furnace. Sheila was personable, friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain everything she did in terms I would easily understand. The positive impact for me Psychologically of having a female Service Technician cannot be underestimated. I have never felt so reassured having a Technician in my home. Thank you, Enercare, for providing such an excellent Service Technician.

    Furnace Breakdown

    My furnace stopped working suddenly. We called Enercare, as we enrolled in the monthly maintenance program. Technician arrived in 30 min. (I'm guessing it was a slow day - Easter weekend). He assessed that the motor had burned out. Replaced it with a new one that he had on board. And was good to go. Total cost $500, but since we pay monthly for the service program it was $0.

    Furnace/Boiler Maintenance

    My Enercare service representative Craig Natale was professional, knowledgeable and informative. The one thing I was happy with was that he arrived within the time frame that Enercare promised. I had questions pertaining to when I should bleed the water from the radiators and his answers made a lot of sense. I really liked this guy in fact I'm going to ask for him to come on my future annual Boiler Maintenance.
