After one night of broken heating system, we got in touch with Enercare . Mr. Akbar from Enercare Richmond Hill visited for the service of Furness. Work was done properly and clean.

Excellent service...cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. Repairman called prior to service appt. and was able to be here earlier than the scheduled time and was able to clearly explain procedure and give recommendations.

Value for money furnace and air conditioner maintenance, provided by a trustworthy company that I have used for the past 27 years. Their staff are always prompt an courteous in my opinion.

Technicians Niall & Garnet called ahead of scheduled time and showed up promptly. Placed rubber mats over all flooring, very clean. They were very knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. Personable and friendly. Completed the job without any issues. We highly recommend and definitely call & request Niall & Garnet.

Justin O. and Yaro K. were very efficient. Pleasant to deal with. They got the job done of putting a new hot water heater and cleaned up afterward. I would very highly recommend them for service work.

Great Enercare plumber Rob attended to my shower today. Had a pressure and door issue, both in great working order now. Shared work steps through out the job, educated me in the issues and worked efficiently!

Enercare water heater was in my house when I bought it. Have paid the bill for almost 3 yrs. I wanted to change out the water heater for a gas tankless water heater system. They said it was possible and referred me to their subcontractor in my area. I waited months for someone to contact me, only to say that the subcontractor did not service my area!! Calling & leaving msg with Enercare again, a nice lady called me back wanting to do the tankless. After another couple months I got a voicemail (which I saved as an Mp3) telling me they have no one in this area who services my town!!! The water heater in my basement proves to the contrary! So in Jan 2018, I emailed them and told them I will no longer pay my water heater bill if there is no one to service it! At this writing (Mar 28/18) I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.!

I pay for enercare plumbing service. I called enercare to repair it. The plumber came and used a snake but could not clear the drain. He said that a pipe in the basement needs to be replaced and that is why he couldn’t fix it. So we called a plumber not through enercare. The next plumber came and said there was nothing wrong with the pipe in the basement and proceeded to snake the drain and clear it. we paid $240. I contacted enercare and felt they should repay us, as the private plumber did the exact same thing, using a snake. Enercare has refused to repay us, saying that because their plumber said the pipe needed replacing , our plumbing was not installed correctly. I will never use this service again and will make sure all my friends don’t either. Terrible customer service.

The technician Akbar was prompt and courteous and took the time to explain the issue. Everything was clean and neat and I was given additional advice on maintaining my water heater.

Technician Grant Harris was very knowledgeable and explained what he was checking and explained the reasoning behind any recommendations that he made. He was also quite personable, punctual and friendly.
