Started with Hotwater heater not working on Saturday morning. Service person arrived and fixed the problem efficiently. While here he checked CO measurements. They were not good. I mentioned that furnace required restart once or twice a day. Give age - 17 yrs old - we decided to replace. Sales consultant Darryl came at 9:30 in the evening (on our request). He was credible and not pushy. Installers including head installer Ashfin were here to install by 3:00 next day (Sunday). They did a good job, acted on requests quickly with out complaint. Cleaned up well. We are now warm and comfortable

I’m looking for a polite knowledgeable technician in Scarborough area. Any recommendations would much appreciated. As we had a horrible experience with very rude technician in our area. Not sure if we will still get a service from enercare

the installers were great guys, clean, and answered all my questions. they did not rush. the installer Afshin was very knowledgeable and did not leave until he was sure everything was in working order. they were here for almost 6 hours and did not even take any breaks, good worker's. ....... nice job thanks Val Sammut.

Sidney and Drall were wonderful. Despite having to work in a confined area, with a very complicated furnace system for a large house, they were timely, professional and courteous. They used drop cloths and cleanup when the job was finished. These guys provide top shelf service!

Serviceman was on time, polite, couteous, knowledgeable and helpful . He was only service man over many years that said nothing was wrong with using the electronic air filters that were initially installed years ago. The other filters suggested to use or buy were not needed.

Enercare replaced our hot water tank several months ago. Every time we use the water, a pipe they connected to knocks on some duct work making a loud sound. I thought I fixed it by using a towel (wedged between the pipe and the duct) but it eventually fell off. Finally got around to booking a service call yesterday. The guy that came was adamant that this was not their issue. He even said that had I called when it started, there would be no argument. Really? I said that I didn't ask for an argument, just some customer service. Rude, unsympathetic and ignorant. Folks, Enercare doesn't care!

My furnace stopped working over night with an expected -6 temperature expected. I called enercare and had wonderful service navigating through my account and getting set up quickly warpath a service technician. The technical James Ma arrived on schedule and quickly and efficiently solved the problem. He was great in explaining the issue and steps to fix it and provided great tips fir future care if my furnace. Great service very highly recommended!!

The worst possible plan and service one can buy. The company sends unqualified technicians. It may take up to 5 appointments to fix one problem. Plus if it is not standard (cheap) plumbing equipment, they want to charge you extra. This plan is a waste of time and money. Don't buy it.

Enercare furnace care plan was amazing. Appt was easily made, the service specialist technician that came to my home was professional, helpful and efficient. He was patient, explained things in detail and fixed the problems I had as well as provided useful suggestions for the future. Highly recommend his service!!!

The enercare technician who came to my home to get my furnace running is the only technician who cared enough to see why my new furnace was constantly dying. He fixed the problem and now I have a clear understanding of the poor installation of the furnace by another company. they are now coming to address issues. Enercare technicians are seasoned and they care.
