    Furnace Cleaning

    Bruce came to perform our annual service on our furnace (cost is included in our annual maintenance plan), and was friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained everything fully. He arrived and finished within our assigned window of time.

    Enercare Maintenance PLan

    I have had Maintenance plans for years on my AC, furnace, Plumbing and Fireplace. I was paying monthly and assumed this was a plan I could cancel at any time, I just moved and found that they were charging me over $400 since the "contract" was cancelled. l have no recollection of signing a contract. In fact at least one of the plans I ordered over the phone. The new owner put plans on the appliances so now Enercare gets to collect two payments., Quite a neat trick, No sympathy from Customer Service drones. Avoid their programs.

    Leaky water heater

    We had a leaky water heater due to calcium build up, Francesco called ahead to make sure we know he is on his way. He showed up and knew we are careful with our floor, immediately put on his slippers. Then went straight to the basement and found the problem. He replaced the part that caused the leak and gave us a brand new part. And then spent time explaining to us what was wrong and how to maintain it. And also he adjusts the hot water for us. Really appreciate the swift response.

    Boiler Maintenance

    Sean was wonderful, he was courteous and friendly. Weather was quite bad (Feb 7/18) and he called around 8:30 to say he should be there in about 20 minutes or so, depending on the traffic/weather! Arrived around 9 and was finished by 9:45. I hope I can get him again in the future

    Hot Water Tank

    I recently purchased an old home and there were several unexpected bumps and major costs that arose. When I realized my old hot water tank was leaking I contacted Enercare. From the moment I spoke to their representative on the phone, my experience was a positive one. Claudio and Ryan were professional and meticulous when they installed the new tank.

    Service

    Grant Harris is friendly, knowledgeable, showed me how things work and gave good advice for maintaining my furnace (and didn't make me feel silly even though the questions I asked were!). I highly recommend this service (and Mr. Harris).

    Hot Water Tank

    Rental hot water tanks that I noticed it leaking around the element top and bottom, called Enercare the emailed a confirmation date and time. We cancelled plans for the allotted time which came and went called customer service they said give it another hour (9pm) which we did still no show, called back again the representative called the service department they promised a call the following day. I went to work and my wife stayed home noon no call and still no call when I came home so phoned again the representative called service department they said they had been trying to phone the contractor and he was not picking up the phone. Now I have worked in the service industry for a few years before moving onto another area and it was common practice if you were running late or had to reschedule to call customer but I guess Enercare does not deem this a policy. I am giving them one more shot at goal today and if they do not repair their equipment I will have it removed and cancel me account with them as enough is enough, very annoyed customer here

    Great furnace maintenance

    We have been using Enercare to service our furnace and a/c units for years. The most recent furnace maintence appointment was just this week. Sean arrived during the agreed on time. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He shared the best type of filters for our unit, how to continue to extend the life of the unit and answered questions concerning our a/c in preparation for summer. I'd highly recommend Sean and the company.

    Service

    Our older furnace decided to go on vacation Thursday when it was -21 degrees outside. I called service and had Clayton G here in less than 2 hours. His service was great and so was his personality. Fixed the problem quickly and recommend a new furnace in the near future as our furnace is 17 years old. Overall just a great service call

    Enercare shut my Furnace Down and left us in the cold

    Yesterday February 2nd I had the maintenance scheduled done on my furnace and upon inspection I was told that there was a crack and that they would need to read tag my furnace. A salesperson came out to the home this morning and we agreed upon a term to rent a new furnace through enercare and that they would do it tomorrow morning February 4th. I have just learned that for whatever reason enercare will not do this for me now and I have to pay out the cash which i do not have so subsequently i am cancelling all my services with enercare that I have had after 15 years and I would recommend to anyone else that's using their services to do the same. My home is without heat in this frigid temperatures and Enercare has dry humped me and left me with my pants around my ankles.
