Usually I don't give reviews in general, but this one takes the cake. On Nov, 19, 2017, we called a technician (Steve. M) to check up on the water heater. How our basement layout is that are doors and a washroom and a room with DOORS and WALLS that separates the water heater room. So, the technician wasn't too happy to see a 'bedroom' that no one sleep in and started threatened us to cut the gas. I asked for this license number and ID, and he didn't provide it, and he also didn't provide the so called 'code' we violated. He threw the yellow tag at us and stated to get a new water heater and storm out. He also didn't fix anything.
I can tolerate rudeness, but I will not tolerate threats.
Also, the next technician that came was a major sweetheart. Super nice and had amazing customer service skills. And he also told us there was no issues and don't know why Steve was such an evil man.
