When booking the appoinment, the representative was friendly and made every effort to book a convenient time. The technician was professional, encouraged questions, performed the maintenance check thoroughly, and was courteous. Experience was very much customer-service oriented and satisfactory.

Technician was there at a reasonable time, was courteous, wore little booties, explained what he did and was very friendly. This service is part of my maintenance plan that I pay monthly. I consider cancelling every now and then, but then need to use it and am glad I didn’t.

The technician called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. He presented his identification as soon as I answered the door, used the booties to cover his shoes before entering. He was courteous, friendly and carried out the service call in a timely manner. He asked if I had any questions and thanked me for our business.

Cost covered in maintenance agreement so I got this service for free once a year. If you don't have this maintenance plan it has a fee of $75. Service people are very polite & courteous.

It started with a great fitter, to service our Furnace - Robert Saunders, than another great sales person - Darren Farmer who concluded a new sales deal to have a new A/C and Furnace installed. Both installers Cliff and Dave have been excellent installers, very efficient in their work and did an amazing job, which was appreciated by the entire family. Fully satisfied with the installation and quality of work.

We had a broken valve in the water heater and we had Akbar the technician come in the time promised and he was very very efficient polite and helpful He explained facts about furnace duct cleaning costs and savings We highly recommend him very nice person

We called for service on our furance and Akbar arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same night. He is a very competent and properly qualified technician. Thank You Enercare for sending us Akbar.

Today had furnace maintenance provided. Received excellent customer service from Alex C. Alex was professional, polite and thorough. He took the time to thoroughly review and explain the results of the service checklist.

Craig was my technician. He came within the allotted time period. He was very pleasant and put on booties to protect my floors. He did a thorough check of the furnace and told me everything was in good working order. He was very courteous, effieicent and professional

To-day is the second time that Albert has come to my home to solve a problem with my furnace. As before, I found him to be very efficient , he identified the problem quickly & corrected it. It is a pleasure to deal with such nice gentleman. Thank you Albert.
