    New furnace and A/C purchase and install.

    The sales person, Victor, was very knowledgeable and inspired trust. He explained all of our options thoroughly and essentially gave us a furnace and a/c 101 course! He wasn't pushy at all. The install happened like clockwork. The team arrived and, despite it being a challenging install (a very tight furnace room!) they finished the job in one day. The new equipment seems to be well installed and works perfectly.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner replacement

    We had our furnace,air conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat replaced/installed last Thursday, June 01, 2017.The two gentlemen (Mike and Gord) who completed the installation were professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Overall our experience with the Enercare representatives was exceptional. Thank you. Jennifer

    Furnace and tankless water heater

    Leo and Gordon arrived when expected. Worked solidly and cleaned up well. Kept us updated on their progress and explained the new equipment. No issues. I would certainly recommend enercare and their employees.

    Yearly Air Conditioner Maintenance

    We've always dealt with Enercare and have received great service through the years. We do have maintenance contracts for our furnace and air conditioner and if there are items to be repaired, they are done efficiently and promptly, at no charge to us since we have the contracts.

    3in 1 Plan

    They offer plans but never can for fill what they advertise, had a block main drain called in and no one could come out for 2 days. It wasn't an emergency call. Not sure about you but no plumbing is a Emergency call!! Had to hire someone else to fix the plumbing issue. Enercare said that they would credit me back $50 but they didnt and now saying that they have no record of it. :( dont go with them, they just want your Money.

    Purchase of air conditioner

    Sales rep was excellent - very knowledgeable and courteous- explained the entire process well and was very clear about how he measured up with the competition without bad mouthing them.

    Don't refund custumer as promised

    This company has been nothing but trouble from the onset. Canceled service on several occasions & it has been a waist of hours spent on the phone. They send me a credit notice all the time & yet have yet to refund my money. Every time I call they say no problem the check is in the mail. Well we all know how that goes. Now they charge 19.56% interest per annum & I have yet to see any of that on my money they r holding & some how can't seem to send back. I would not recommend this co. to anyone.

    Furnace and AC install

    In the fall we had Guy L from Enercare come to do an assessment for our 14 year old furnace, we had a new furnace and a $250 rebate for energy efficiency within the month. The technicians (Eric) were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. In the spring when our AC went Guy was our first call - again great customer service. The technicians were on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Enercare in Ottawa to anyone needing a new furnace or AC.

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Chris G from Enercare came this morning to perform my annual maintenance on our air conditioner.I received a call when he was 15 minutes away .Upon his arrival he was very personable and set to work right away. He explained evrything , shared the results of the tests performed, and asked if I had any questions.He was very knowledgable,clean and extremely friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enercare or Chris . Thanks again Chris for the great job!

    Protection plan

    I'm trying to get out of the protection plan that I don't want to use and haven't used yet. I'm having trouble speaking to someone that can help me. Was told I would be called back in 48 hr. It's now 6 days.. Called again and nobody called back..
