    Furnace spring service

    The gentleman by the name Chris G arrived at our home and was very pleasant and professional. He did the service quickly and efficiently. When done he explained what he found or didn't find in a clear, concise way. I was very happy with the whole experience.

    backed up plumbing-plumb, drain protection plan

    monday, may 22, long weekend holiday, toilets backing up and showers. Guy came out snaked two toilets, said he couldn't do it and wasn't sure why they sent him, booked contractor for next day 2-6. phoned 4 different times making sure they were coming. Was told at 8:45 contractor would be out in 30-45 mins. If not, I could call again. at 9:30 called again to be told they had been closed since 8 and no one would be coming. New appt. for next day 6-10. Another night of peeing outside. Had to call a neighbour at 10:15 when I finally got off the phone to ask if I could come down to have a shower! Horrible service! Absolutely unacceptable. Can't wait for tomorrow!

    Plumbing Protection Plan

    Courteous, friendly, knowledgable Enercare technician. Fixed my problem in a timely manner. The work was covered under my protection plan. The sink runs really well now and the clog is fixed. The toilet flushes well again now as well.

    Furnace repair

    Enercare was very professional, they have resources that previous contractors did not, my part arrived by currier later in the day and another technician returned in the evening and my furnace was working later the same day, other companies have left me down for days, I will recommend this company to anyone needing furnace or a/c repairs

    Water heater rental

    Wanted to buy out my water heater 6 years old was 960.50 So told them wanted it removed and was told I still have to pay buyout plus removal fees. This is the worst company ever to deal with.

    Plumbing

    The technician Marco was fantastic and helpful. He solved the problem quickly and made the repairs efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family. It was a good experience.

    Water heater rental discrepancy

    Looks like Enercare actually responds to these reviews so I'm going to give it a try. Enercare made an error on my bill back in 2012/2013 and charged me for a home I never owned. I've been given the run around and even found the error for them but it still has not been rectified. I sent a complaint through their website hoping to expedite the process of clearing my account, providing the exact months they charged my account incorrectly. It has been 18 days since I placed my formal complaint online and still have not heard back. Very disappointing as I've tried my best to be patient with them.

    Excellent Furnace Service from Enercare Technician

    Contrary to what I read about Enercare service on the internet, the service I received from the Enercare service technician Bob A. on May 19, 2017 was superb. He was prompt, friendly, competent, knowledgeable and courteous, and he fixed the issue with the furnace/thermostat quickly. He then performed some basic routine measurements on the furnace to ensure that all was working well. He also explained to me some basic service tips, and suggested how to equalize the air conditioning in my home. All in all, a pleasant service call from a well trained HVAC technician.

    furnice repair - circuit panel

    Noticed a terrible smell coming from our furnice at about 3:oo am. Called Enercare as we pay for the maintenance service. The techinician told us what to do and came the next day to repair. He was friendly and extremely efficient. So glad we pay for this service as the 650.00 dollars did not come out of our pocket.

    Hot water tank

    7 days with no hot water, worst service ever. Had 3 service guys to our house before they told us to replace. Then scheduled appointment to replace 4 days later.
