I had an amazing experience with the initial hvac tech (Allen) who came to fix my air conditioner. When it was broken beyond repair the tech was knowledgable and referred me to the sales associate (Bill) who was very honest and not pushy at all! The installation team (Vincenzo) was professional, courteous and worked for hours without taking a break until they were finished. They went above and beyond. I am very happy!

The rep who took my call was so kind and understanding. She had already processed the service call while she was still speaking to me. So fast that the technician who picked up the call was actually calling me while I was still on the call with her, and I didn't recognize the number. The next thing that I knew, the technician had already placed the service call at my home where my house guests accepted the service call. He called me to tell me that the plastic valve was replaced and that he checked the water heater and that the leak had stopped. This has been such unbelievably fast service and handling that it is so impressive!

Switched water heater rental from Reliance to Enercare...Good clean pullout of old water heater and install of new one...Enercare took care of everything including the return of old water heater to Reliance...Generous incentives to switch...Professional service all around from energy management consultant to customer service reps to installers....

Annual service call performed by Chris G. On time and thoroughly done. Outside fan unit washed down, looks like new. Inside everything checked as required and a few questions were answered in laymans language. Thank you Chris.

Was told by furnace company water heater was not to code. Callled Enercare. Even before the tech it the basement floor he said it was to code and even opened his book to show the exact code and page number. Also checked all the connections and looked at the furnace to ensure all was good. Told me I should check warranty info on furnace as original company told me one year. I called and the furnace WAS covered for 10 years, there for paying for a maintenance agreement that wasnt needed. Will switch to Enercare once that one is cancelled. Fast efficient and friendly service.

I have been a loyal customer of Enercare since February 2013. I purchased their total protection plan soon after I moved into my new house when a sales person called me about their services and was relatively happy with their services until I sold my house this year and attempted to cancel the service. Since I had a legitimate reason for cancelling which was that I was selling my home, I thought the cancellation process would be relatively simple and painless. Every other vendor I dealt with was very accommodating so why would I think Enercare would be any different? Boy, was I wrong. My advice to you - don't ever sign up with Enercare. They will not allow you to cancel mid year regardless of the reason and will bill out the remaining year's fees in one lump sum upon cancellation. You can spend hours arguing with their representatives about the unfairness of the situation and it will fall on deaf ears. The company has no heart. Whatever goodwill they may have earned in the years I was their loyal customer went out the window when I had to deal with them on the cancellation issue. They are unreasonable and just plain money-hungry. All they care about is themselves and not the people they serve. I would not recommend them to a single person. Use local vendors instead on an as needed basis for better service and to save yourself the eventual aggravation. - Melissa

The receptionist was able to give me same day service. When the plumber came out he resolved the problem in no time and explained the work he performed. He also suggested ways to prevent the issue from occurring again. Both the persons I dealt with were courteous and friendly.

Consistently professional and efficient service. Appreciate the reminder email sent to schedule the maintenance appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled, a reminder was sent to confirm date and time. On the day of the appointment, the technician called to say he was en route, as promised. He was courteous and efficient. Thank you.
