    yearly maintenance

    Very knowledgeable and friendly technician who has been here many time before. Great to have service consistency. Service has been excellent. every visit over the last 9 years. Always communicates and interprets result in easy to understand terms.

    service - furnace

    Issue with our furnace. Called Friday night. Customer Service rep. was helpful and set appt. for following day. Tech arrived early in the 3 hr. time and was courteous, friendly. This issue was addressed. Furnace started acting up in evening. Called and appt. set for next day with a very courteous, efficient representative. Tech. arrived and we will be getting a new motor this week. Very pleased with service and handling of calls.

    New Furnace instalment

    I was very impressed by the service provided by Vincenzo and his associate which was very professional and very thorough. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and what was involved as well to the operation of the new furnace and the trouble shooting if encountering problems.

    Fireplace repair and maintenance

    We are paying a regular meitenance plan for our fireplace and furnace to Enercare and we are very pleased with their services. They technicians are knowledgeable and prompt, in particular, David Quedevo; he is very professional and knows what he is doing. When friends or coworkers ask, if I know anyone who can repair a furnace or a fireplace, I always recommended Enercare. We are having a good experience for last several years already with this company. Thank you guys and keep up a good work. Alexandra and Robert

    Furnace malfunction

    Service was seamless from first call to customer service to email confirmation. Prompt arrival of technician. He was courteous, patient and explained possible reasons for furnace issue. He resolved the issue promptly.

    Beware of the Home Services Upsell

    I was an Enercare customer since the beginning (20 plus years) and stopped because I was upsold for home maintenance services while trying to schedule a technician visit, and despite repeated assurances that my case was being followed up (they were going to listen to the tapes of sales person assuring me a needed repair was covered by the plan she was selling), I heard nothing. I would follow up every month and was assured it was being dealt with. Nothing. The amount of repair was about $300, the amount of package was $20 a month. It is a small issue but it is a big issue because it goes to the integrity of the company. No issues with the technicians. Big issues with what I see as unscrupulous sales practices and lack of attention to customer concerns. People scheduling maintenance appointments should not be selling the company's wears like a barrier that must be breached in order to get a technician to come. Luckily I was in need of a new furnace so I used that opportunity to move companies. I did not even ask Enercare for a quote. I went from a satisfied customer to a never again customer and hoping to spread the word. THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE PROVIDING THE SAME SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE ENERCARE YOUR MONEY.

    HVAC

    It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The responsiveness of these guys is next to non-existent. My air handler broke down and planned to go with another company for the furnace and water heater. I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes and then transferred more than 3 times to get the "right department". Not just that, but after being transferred each time I had to repeat all my details to every new employee I talked to. Finally got through to them and the guy who we finally spoke to was the most mundane sounding person. Couldn't hear anything so had to yell over the phone! All in all, bad customer service!

    Furnace Maintenance

    The technician was very knowledgeable about the whole service and the explained in detail the condition of our furnace. He told of the furnace efficiency. How it compares to the efficiency available today and that it was not necessary to upgrade the furnace unless I wanted to invest in a more efficient furnace.

    "the technician that looked at the old furnace gave us options in full detail and provide the sales contact, he came with the quote, we lined it up and installation was fast and professionally done."

    Home Maintenon Plan

    Always pleased with service. On time and great workmanship. Replaced leaking toilet isolation valve. Worth the monthly fee of $35 to cover all my plumbing, heating and A/C needs. Highly recommended. Have now used several times and gives me peace of mind and saved a bundle on repairs.
