Over the years I have always been impressed by the operatives and this last visit was no exception. Equally the maintenance of my air conditioner is of the same quality.

This was a routine inspection that is part of the Enercare Home Protection Plan. The technician arrived early in the appointment window, was very pleasant, respectful, cooperative and completed the job efficiently.

I have dealt with your company for a few years now. I know that I will get great service and honest advice from you. I have no problem in recommending Enercare Home Services to my friends.

I called regarding a new water heater. The person on the telephone was helpful and arranged my appointment. The technicians were courteous, efficient and on time. The were very respectful of my home.

our service man Jeff Robertson is always polite clean and answers any questions explained very simply. he is the guy i trust the most and if he tells me something need fixed. i have no doubt going with his recommendation. i only trust people from enbridge

I rented water heater from Enercare. when I leak and call a service. The enercare worker said, I have to replace the tank. He wants to remove a drywall, make opening in the celling and charge me $300 for this service. I contact consumersenergemanagement. The installed a new water heater tank as well as furnace and A\C. they didn't remove any walls. They made a small opening in the celling, they fix it. When I called enercare asking to cancel home protection plan and the for water heater, they forced me to pay the home protection plan until the end of the contract term. Also, they charged me $75 to pick up the water heater from outside my house. I don't remember if enercare ever do a service in my house without charging me although I have home protection plan. They always have excuse that the service is not covered under the home protection plan. Bad, bad , bad

Hot water tank went down, Enercare replaced with rental next day. Technicians were courteous, professional, clean and explained everything. Whole process from initial call to company was easy and painless. Highly recommend

The serviceman arrived promptly (actually early!) and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned the furnace and checked that everything was working properly. He recommended that we have our ducts cleaned but said that otherwise everything was in good working order.

We were very pleased with the duct cleaning process. The technician, Brad, was very personable and efficient and explained the process. There was absolutely no mess and he was very respectful of our house. We do have the yearly maintenance agreement for our furnace, air conditioner and plumbing, with Enercare and have been very happy with their service as anytime there was a problem with our furnace or air conditioner, everything was fixed immediately and parts, if necessary, were provided in a timely manner.
