    Furnace maintenance

    We called Enercare to ask about our tec. not showing up only to find out they did not book us. The put us in for our cleaning as soon as they could.

    service

    This was my annual heating maintenance check up. I've also had a water heater service recently. Because I have a plan I didn't pay for the check up. I got my appointments fast and the technicians were courteous and explained everything well.

    Annual furnace service

    Thorough job, excellent advice. Tech. Explained everything in a professional manner. Made adjustment to drip line leading to floor drain. No improvement suggestions. Have bben very happy with prompt and courteous service over the years.

    Duct Cleaning

    I live in a 60 year year old home that has seen two dogs and was definitely in need of Duct Cleaning. The service was prompt and efficient. Very professional technician who explained the service thoroughly. Very impressed.

    Plumbing Maintenance Program

    Thank you Enercare for your prompt efficient Service! And thank you Brett for your courteous superior fast service! Being part of your Plumbing Protection Plan the service and parts were completely covered for the repair of my 3 toilets we were having issues with. All fixed all good.....NO FEE! Love this Plan!

    New Furnace Installation

    Everyone involved was really helpful and had information on the products and services. Robert Graham was great in explaining our options and prices. The energy audit and installation was arranged very fast and the installation team was great!

    Enercare Service call

    Overall was a great service - From the initial call to explain what was wrong - the lady that answered my call was friendly/helpful and easy to talk to. She immediately had someone out to our house within the hour to check our furnace. He was very helpful and was in and out quickly explaining what the problem was. The next day the service technican came out during his allotted time/called first to say he was coming and once here was again very helpful/explained what was wrong and what our options were. We have been very happy with this service.

    Excellent Service

    You guys were very professional and arrived in a timely manner. I was quite impressed. We had had a terrible experience with Reliance so it was quite refreshing to have a company come in that made you feel like you mattered. The service people were amazing!

    Furnace, according & water tank

    Vincenzo renda and his crews did a great jobs installing all 3 of my product I purchase. Very knowledge and detail on their task and leave place clean when finish

    Furnace maintenance and repair

    Enercare gives me peace of mind! I have all their protection plans applicable to my home, and each time they've come to do regular maintenance checks or as a service call I've been pleased with their visit. I've always had capable, polite, knowledgeable service technicians that patiently answer all of my questions. Last week I had a no heat issue and the fellow that came figured it out quickly, ordered parts which were delivered within hours which was late in the evening, I phoned when the parts arrived to book the fix it appointment and was given the choice of times for the next day (next day was fine with me as the weather wasn't cold). The technician that came this time to install the 2 parts was super, above average and took the time to test everything. I have no hesitation recommending Enercare!
