When Mike, Patrice and Josh came to replace my defunct 20-odd year old boiler in my 105-year old house with a new high-efficiency boiler & domestic water heating system, they were punctual, hard-working, thorough, conscientious, and fastidious about the entire 2-day process. Salesman Vito and Supervisor John were both on site checking in on both days A pleasure to deal with.

All persons I dealt with were Professional, Friendly and Helpful. Technician contacted me before arriving. It was easy to make appointment; confirmations were done through email. I wanted to upgrade my maintenance plan and the technician was able to do it immediately. Appointments were easy to change.

I have never had a problem with Enercare. All my questions are answered and any time I have a service call the service men are prompt and respect my home.

Our technician was great - even gave us recommendations on ways to make our home more energy efficient. He knew what he was talking about and was very friendly and helpful. I think his name was Danny...!

Appointment scheduled promptly. Arrived on time. Did a perfectly fine job. Cost was covered under our gas company maintenance plan. The only criticism is that they did not leave any written report or summary of what they did/found for our records.

I didn't get an email reminding me of this appointment. I had to call in to confirm this appt. and did the call back scene for a set time as initially your phone system said there would be a 30 to 50 something minute time delay if I chose to wait on the line. Hire more telephone assistants as this sort of wait time is unreasonable. However, on the plus side you did call back at the designated time, which was appreciated. You have my email address on file, so why didn't I get a reminder email a couple or less days before the designated appt.?
