Realized we had no hot water at 8:00 pm, called was asked a few questions to make sure there was no danger and they had a service person there the next morning. 20 mins later he had replaced the ignition and we had hot water . Polite fast and tidied up. Well worth having my monthly service plan - I like having no worries about repairs.

The girl who processed my call and issue was pleasant and to the point. She was quick and knew what to do. Some empathy was missing. The guys who came were presentable, patient and did a quick job. Provided some tips and were friendly. I did not have to pay for the service due to my service contract.

Called on Saturday and I was able to get a tech the same day to come and look at the hot water tank. They came back the next day to install the new one. Fast service, nice gentlemen. I was very happy.

When l called regarding problem we had with the air conditioner, I was pleased that the tech came to us on the schedule time. He arrived promptly and gave good service.
