DE with the help of sales associate, Guy Lefevbre, accommodated an early start to the job on June 19th as scheduled. Gerry and Rico (installers) were excellent. They were clean in their work, they worked diligently, they were meticulous, they were strong team workers, they communicated well. overall we were very pleased with their work. Guy also oversaw that the installation folks were on board with timing and stopped in during the installation to ensure that things were moving along well. Guy is an excellent sales person and representative of DE. he is pleasant, is most willing to answer questions and accommodating. overall, a very good purchase and installation experience!

I called Enercare when my air conditioner would not start working. A technician arrived within an hour and discovered that the problem was actually a malfunctioning furnace part that was preventing the air conditioner from starting. He arranged to have the part sent over and installed. A second technician arrived later that afternoon, installed the part, and ensured that my a/c was working properly. Because the problem was caused by a furnace part and my furnace was still under warranty, there was no charge. The office staff and both technicians worked together to have the system running again the same day that I called. I am very happy with the service.

The agent we spoke with identified himself as Paul. He provided us with all the necessary information needed. He explained the offer and there was no need for us to ask for clarification, it was clear. Both my wife and I felt "good" about our experience. He asked us had any questions should we need further explanation. Great experience.

Always able to answer any questions that I may have, and whenever I have had an issue with my furnace someone is sent out right away to assess the situation and then it is dealt with asap.

The gas technicians that came out to do the installation were professional, knowledgeable, concise and did great work. They explained the process and options thoroughly and explained how the new tank worked. Very happy with the service.

Both techs were excellent with examining the ac and although could find nothing wrong other than aging equipment ( 14years ) and I will follow the recommendation of replacement. .
