My service contracts covers all of my equipment and appliances in my home. To this date, I found the service of Direct Energy to be prompt and fully satisfactory. .

I have had maintenance plans on our furnace and air conditioner systems for a number of years. It has always been a wise investment. My husband traveled for a living and these contracts provided peace of mind to both of us - he, while he was on the road, and me while I was left behind with a small child. My husband passed away in the spring, and these contracts continue to provide peace of mind. I don't have to be concerned about a breakdown - help is just a phone call away. Appointments are easy to schedule and I'm called if the technician is going to be late. Service technicians are knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Office staff work with me to find a time and date that works with my crazy schedule. All in all, a win-win situation.

The young man I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. I only wish I could remember his name. I have made so many phone calls in the last few weeks that I have the names totally mixed up long story short...I was very pleased with the prompt response and excellent service. Thank-you! Teresa.

I called in the morning and had the plumbers arrive in the early afternoon! Couldn't have got better service. Your phone staff was polite and very pleasant to deal with and the two plumbers that came on the service call were great.

Points that impressed me are: 1. Service man phoned 10 minutes before his arrival. 2. He was right on time. 3.He was very friendly. 4.he explained what he was doing and was very proficient. 5. Everything about him was neat and pleasing.

The service tech explained fully the reasons that we should upgrade to a new ac unit. The quick delivery surprised us and impressed us. The installation team was very friendly and efficient.

Anytime that I have used Direct Energy home services they have provided prompt and efficient service. When we realized that we needed a new water heater, they provided same day service.

Mike the plumber was very courteous, friendly, tidy and clean and a very good plumber. He fixed the sink in the bathroom downstairs and the water pipe in the laundry room.

The service man was very polite and demonstrated lots of patience. He was able to answer all my questions in a way that made sense to me, in layman's term.
