I have never had a bad experience. The work was always done correctly. I have 4 washrooms in the house. Every toilet has been fixed by Enercare as part of my contract. I depend on Enercare for reliable and trustworthy service.

The company keeps charging me for a service I tried to cancel- I'm now receiving calls from a collection agency even after I paid Enercare- now Direct Energy is calling. This is unfair.

The service technician was on time, polite and very quick. He fixed the problem with in a few minutes, and we have had hot water ever since! Thank you! !
