The service technician who came to my home was excellent!! He was friendly and professional and took time to educate me and answer all my questions. If you can send the same person next year that would be awesome.

Have always had great service whenever there was a problem. E.g ice storm had no power for 8 days, including no gas because of a leak that started with the outage. Service was restored as soon as we had power restored...... Help from a great service rep.

My experience was excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable, had a very pleasant manner and definitely understood what I needed. The installers were courteous and had my units installed in record time and left no mess behind. The units are working perfectly.

Installers were on time, respectful of our property, pleasant and willing to explain the process and were done within 4 hours of arrival. Everything was cleaned up and the house left as they found it. Two very nice and knowledgeable installers. No complaints whatsoever. Job well done.

Joe, our sales rep was very helpful in determining the optimum package for us. They installed the next morning. It took most of the day and they did an absolutely first rate installation. The installers made a special effort to re-route the venting to have no impact on ceiling height in the basement and matched the exterior vents to address condo regulations. The furnace and new air conditioner work very well and demonstrate how marginal were the builders standard unit. The projected savings in electrical energy and maintenance costs over 7 years will virtually pay for half the cost. We are very pleased with the system and the sales/installation process.

Two staff members came out today to change the furnace there work performance was excellent. I would gladly like those two particular works to come back anytime. I cant remember there names at this time, please thank them once again on my behalf. Thank you Luis

Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. He was the same one I have had in the past. It helps me feel comfortable knowing my furnace and air conditioning is working as it should.

I have the plumbing protection package. wow!!!! I had pre-existing plumbing issues, so for about $113 including tax enrollment, my laundry room sink drain no longer leaks, I have flow restored to my upstairs shower, my kitchen sink drain no longer leaks and I have flow restored to the dishwasher. for $113???????? seriously???? what's not to love about that? To have that work done by any other plumber would have cost me at least $400 and, frankly, our local plumbers are the reason for my pre-existing issues. for less that $20 per month, any future plumbing issues are a quick call away. Right on!
