    Duct Cleaning

    Service gentleman named Frank was fantastic. He arrived within the window of time for our appointment, explained everything he was going to do, and addressed any questions we had regarding our duct cleaning. Frank was respectful of our home, did his job thoroughly and afterwards explained what he had done. our air ducts had never been cleaned before (to our knowledge) and this has made a huge difference in our home. We appreciate the fantastic service and hope that you recognize that you have a terrific representative for your company with frank. We would most definitely recommend Enercare for duct cleaning!!!

    Air Conditioning Installation

    The installers were, polite, and worked steadily all day to accomplish a difficult task since my air provider was behind the wall in the hall. They cleaned up by sweeping the floor, and of course, they removed their shoes each time they went out too the truck, then returned.

    The tech was efficient, pleasant, easy to deal with and on time. Possibly one of the best ever from DE. Appointment was easy to make with lots of flexibility as to day and time. Worked for us!

    Air Conditioning Installation

    Calvin explained everything very clear to us. Then installers were on time and did a great job. We referred Calvin to our daughter and her and her husband are now getting their central air conditioning.

    Water Heater Service

    Prompt and polite response both on the phone (Linda) and in person (Tim Gretzinger). Friendly and efficient service, with an accurate estimate of arrival time and a productive end result. 100% satisfaction. Since I have a service plan, the repair cost me nothing. The cost without the plan is listed.

    Rental hot water tank leak

    I called Sunday night due to leaking temperature and pressure valve. Technician came late Monday afternoon. Subcontracted installers came Tuesday at 5 pm and refused to do job due to minor lifting. I have called the service line repeatedly and today, Wednesday at 5:20 I was told that the issue was escalated and to expect a call within 24 hours. This is horrible service and no hot water for five days. They don't even care that one of the residents is disabled and vitally requires basic needs like hot water. Unacceptable!

    Permit for Home Furnace Never Done

    Hello, I have a huge problem with your company and need assistance. I have been on the phone to your customer service department at 18662261700 5 times in the past week. Each time I was given promises of having my problem solved immediately and today called again and spoke with a gal who now tells me nothing has been arranged and I am going to have to pay for someone to come out and solve my problem. Here is the issue: My mother placed an order for a furnace in 2005 and paid for it and it was installed. At that time the person who sat with my mother in her house taking the order and the person who came into the house to do the installing of the furnace not once indicated that there needed to be a PERMIT!!!!!!! Now we live in a townhouse and have been advised we need the PERMIT and that Direct Energy knows full well that a PERMIT must be done and approved by the city. I have called and requested this to be done now and was promised by both a Maya who said she was a supervisor and a fellow John (who is above Maya in the corporate world) who called and confirmed Maya's promise. So I called Maya yesterday June 23 2015 as I hadn’t heard back from her and was promised she would call me back, no call. So I called again today and spoke with a Gwen who also advised me she was a supervisor and there was no one higher than her in the office, who advised me nothing has been done. Now Gwen went on to tell me that I have to pay now for your companies error by having a technician come out to do the PERMIT that should have been done when the furnace was installed! I need to speak with someone that can actually get this done for me ASAP! You have my email address and Please be advised that I am extremely frustrated, and at a boiling point over this!     Air Conditioning Installation

    In a little more than 24 hours from the first phone inquiry to complete installation our new air conditioner was operating fully. That is fantastic! We have complete satisfaction! !
