Great techies, the first one who came to check the water heater was very helpful and knowledgeable! He said the issue was the Acoil for the AC. Then the AC techie was also very nice and helpful and confirmed it was the A coil. He ordered the part and it arrived the same day! He is here today installing it! My only issue was with booking the service calls. I told both service desk folks it was the A-coil so why didn't they provide the part to the tech before he came? 3 days I have had to take off work to have the service tech's come. The tech's are great! Always feel confident that they will fix things correctly, it's the service desk who take the information that need some fine tuning!

From the call answerer to the visiting technicians the process was friendly, courteous and easy. All appointments were either on time or early, all work completed to my satisfaction, well done.

Every single individual we dealt with, from the phone call I made to book the appointment, the in-house visit for a quote, the installation guys, and the paperwork sent afterwards for the rebate were excellent!!!!

Had A/C and furnace installed and the staff was exceptional, from the booking of the appointment, the sales rep Aaron and the technicians Al & Justin are very professional, and courteous.

Joe, the service technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He serviced our furnace last year, so it's nice to have a person who knows us and our house! !

The 2 servicemen were very pleasant and they fixed the hot water tank quickly. I especially liked the fact that they had " booties " to wear over their shoes. . Frank spoke to me about a maintenance contract for my furnace through Direct Energy - having that piece of mind was important to me.

We had a very quick response - they were out to do installation the next day. They also brought the right tank there was no need for second visit. Great installer.

The service technician came on time. He did a good job and he explained what he had done. Also he suggested some other services I might like to use. .

We only had to wait a few days from the time of our purchase of the air conditioner to the installation date. The installers were very efficient & friendly. .

the first appointment that I booked to have my A/C cleaned this year was not great. I was in the basement and did not hear the knock at my door. I did have the side door open and would have hear someone calling me. I think that a service person should take the time to try a 2nd option regarding contact before leaving a scheduled appointment In the past, the service person has always called to say that he/she is on their way. I just got a note saying that no one was home. I had specifically booked all my home appointments in one day. I had to book another appointment for the A/C to be cleaned. I asked that the service person call if I do not answer the door this service is part of my insurance monthly program.
