The technician was such an enthusiastic and pleasant individual, my husband and I were so impressed. He was a friendly, happy and knowledgeable technician and gave us the opportunity to ask questions and show us handy tips. The installers did not inform us about the care instructions for the filter, but he took the time to show us how to wash it and make sure it is dry before re-installing it. I hope he comes back to our home for our heating maintenance in the fall. He was an absolute pleasure.

The service man who was here took his time and was very thorough. he answered all my questions so I could understand and was very patient. They had no problem booking my appointment on my day off and sent one person instead of two. He was familiar with both air conditioning and the furnace.
