    Protection Plan and Service

    The client service rep was very thorough and helpful when explaining details regarding the protection plan so I opted to have my air conditioner added to the plan. It was an easy decision since I had previous experience with the company when my furnace broke down. The technician responded within few hours, leaving a very happy customer behind!

    Direct Energy Protection Plan- Ontario

    I will never signup with Direct Energy protection plan in my life any more. They abused me and looted around $500.00 from me. When we decided to move from Ontario to Alberta, this company told me they will charge me $550.00 for the contract which I never signed, agreed or aware of. They never told me that there will be an auto-renewal contract. These people will renew your contract every year with out informing us. I signed up in 2012 and informed them that I am moving to Alberta. When I informed them my move, they replied that you informed just above 30 days from the renewal, you need to pay $550.00. They will put you in trap. They threatened me that they will send to collection agency if I am not paying this amount. We public never want to get into trouble or get affected in Credit history will pay the bill with out any hesitation. So, please be careful when you sign up for a protection plan with this dirty company.

    Central Air & Furnace

    Great Service, Very Polite & Friendly Service Men. Cleaned up after themselves, explained everything thoroughly. On scheduled time.Would recommend this company to everyone and only wish you get Tom & Kevin in your home to do the work.

    From my initial phone call right through to the installation every person I had contact with was knowledgeable and polite. All options were explained to me, all appointments and time estimates were kept and I was shown how to claim my government refund. I had previously got estimates from several companies and was genuinely surprised to find that your pricing was extremely competitive. Considering the aggressive approach of some companies and given that Direct Energy is a name you can trust it was an easy decision to make and with which I have no regrets.

    Easy to re-schedule appointment. The service technician arrived on time. He wore covers on his boots upon entering the house. Also answered any questions I had regarding the process. .

    Air Conditioner Repair

    The technicians were okay, but the call centre was a nightmare. They missed entering the appointment time TWICE (we waited four hours for nothing, twice), and they were untruthful several times.
