    HVAC Service

    I have never had any issues with Direct Energy. When I call everyone is polite and courteous to me. Same goes when a tech comes to my home. I work shift work and very often get called to work unexpectedly. Have never gotten grief for having to cancel. I appreciate that!!

    Water Heater Service

    Customer service over phone was very friendly and attentive. Appointment was arranged for next day, however we were called and received same-day service as there was a technician in our area. Technician was courteous and helpful - showed my husband how to “flush out” hot water tank so that we know how to do it. Thanks!

    Air Conditioning Service

    From the beginning when I called the level of professionalism was high. Once the technician came he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what had to be done. He came back to do the repairs once the parts were delivered and he was diligent in all areas completing the job; this took several hours. For us, it has also been a benefit to have the Direct Energy protection plans on our air conditioner and furnace. The monthly fees associated with these protection plans are reasonable and give one peace of mind, if and when a problem should occur.

    I had called regarding a plumbing issue and the customer service rep was courteous and had an appointment the next day for service. The service technician fixed the problem quickly.

    The Direct Energy gentleman Bruce was so very nice. It really would be a delight to see him again. Thank you again Direct Energy, Pauline and Richard. . . The price listed below is the amount paid for my cooling maintenance plan.

    Electrical problem, Plumbing (outdoor tap replaced) and leak in basement along with air conditioning maintenance

    Your electrician, Adrian, was very professional yet polite but went over and above to make sure he left with my problem fixed. He was very patient and does not rush through anything just to get out. as well, your plumber Stephen was very helpful and fixed my plumbing problem. I was very worried about additional costs and so pleased to see the total home plan is so worth while. Thank you.

    Water Heater Service

    I called Direct Energy on Saturday, may 16th at 4:20pm stating my hot water tank stopped working. That same day at 5:00 pm a technician showed at my house and repaired the hot water tank. within one hour of my initial call my hot water tank was fixed and running. now that's customer service!

    We have dealt with Direct Energy for many years, primarily due to the great service that has been provided. Response to our needs has always been prompt and have always had a very polite and personable maintenance person do the repairs or maintenance.

    Water Heater Service

    I called early in the morning and a service man was on site within a few hours. He identified the problem with the water heater and replaced the part immediately. It was a very positive experience.
