Well we have always had excellent service when required from Direct Energy and this time was no exception, plus the gentleman who did the work had a very god attitude and informed us about other services.

The technician was scheduled for the 5 to 9 window but was able to come to the house earlier. He replaced a faulty sensor and within an hour, we had hot water again.

Questions were answered and even if I didn't ask some questions, the service man gave me off the bat information that I needed. He was polite, and very pleasant. a good experience.

The repair person was on time, diagnosed and solved the problem with my furnace quickly. Recommended how often the furnace filters should be cleaned and or replaced. Operated in a professional manner.

Courteous, patient, answered my questions and took the time to explain it in a way I would understand. Gave me peace of mind that my boiler was in professional competent hands.

I called yesterday to report a small leak in my hot water tank. A new one was installed this morning. This is excellent service, and we are very pleased. Thanks.
