Prompt response time for scheduling. The problem was covered by Insurance. The technician was friendly and efficient. I also purchased three (3) carbon monoxide detectors and the tech set and plugged them in on each floor to save me having to go up and down the stairs.

During the furnace service the technician showed me the problem right away and he was on the phone immediately to get the ball rolling for the next step. when the consultant came over the process went smooth. We were given several options with each of them explained well. We made our selection and the installation was the next day, which was great as it was a furnace replacement.

The team that came were great! ! They very friendly, polite and professional. I was very impressed with the service. I am looking into other services Direct Energy can offer. Thanks.

Both technician were VERY friendly and Alex who installed our broken parts took time to explain details, while he performed his duties. Exceptional! Very polite and job well done. The area was clean after he left. He always covered his shoes, when came back to the house from his truck. If I would have a business, I would hire him!!! Thank you again.

My service was covered under my plumbing insurance. Tech arrived on time fixed the problem quickly and left no mess. He was friendly, gave great service and spoke English fluently. Excellent.

I did sign up for the protection plan after this visit. My furnace is not old by any means and runs very efficiently but the technician was very helpful in explaining the benefits of such a plan.

Fellow made me feel very comfortable...he made good comments regarding the furnace, reasonable suggestions and when suggesting regarding another service, he explained a payment schedule is possible. Very helpful to me!
