    Furnace Service

    I really appreciated that the call and the appointment happened on the same day - just wonderful. I did not have to constantly remind myself when will the appointment happen, hopefully not to miss it. It would be great if this happened every year for me.

    Furnace Service

    We came back from vacation to a furnace that was not working. I called around 5pm and just before 7pm the man came. He was great in every way, fixing the furnace so we had heat. Very important in winter!

    Furnace Service

    We had an emergency and service was excellent and prompt. There were children ages 4 and 6 and my husband who is a paraplegic they fast service was really appreciated, we are nice and warm thank you .

    Furnace Service

    I want to thank LARRY. The problem with this furnace has been most frustrating and he finally got to the root of the real issue. I want to make sure that he knows the furnace has continued to work since he left. I have turned the thermostat up and turned it down and turned it up again and have not encountered any of the previous issues with the furnace that I have had in the past. THANK YOU Larry for being so knowledgeable with what you do!

    Water Heater Service/ Furnace Service

    Technician called for a water heater service call for me same day that also got repaired. That was impressive. Both of my issues looked after in one day. However, technician will be back to replace a part on the furnace when it becomes available. Thank you for a quick turnaround on service.

    Furnace Service

    A part had to be ordered and installed on second call. The Service Technician did a thorough analysis to locate the problems, and did an excellent job repairing the unit. I waited a few days before writing this, to make sure the furnace is working satisfactorily, which it does...

    Jason W. was an excellent technician and very professional ! He found the problem and made the repairs very quickly and gave us the information about what caused the issue. We were both pleased and impressed with his great service and his knowledge.

    Your service tech.said I would receive an e-mail, confirming my system was properly installed and I had nothing to worry about. He was very courteous and informative. Thank you. !

    We have been very satisfied with the services we have received from Direct Energy since we signed an agreement many years ago. Been a customer of Direct Energy for 20 years.
