    Furnace Service

    The Protection Plan is truly a wise investment. It offers a speedy response from Direct Energy and waylays all the stress about potential costly repairs. The service providers, like Jeff, the HVAC technician, are always personable, polite, and professional. He, like his coworkers, was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable, and demonstrated incredibly quick and efficient problem-solving skills. The required part was delivered within hours: another example of Direct Energy's commitment to excellent customer service.

    Furnace Service

    Aziz, the service technician who came to our house was very knowledgeable and explained our furnace problem in detail so that I would understand. I appreciated the time he took to clearly explain our issues. I felt that Aziz truly helped us, spent a great deal of time fixing our problem and even waited a few minutes to ensure everything was in working order. Very grateful for such a wonderful technician.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Direct Energy went out of their way to schedule an appointment for furnace maintenance to accommodate our winter trip to Florida. The service expert was very professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. Keep up the great work!!

    Furnace Service

    This was a yearly service maintenance checkup on our furnace under our protection plan. Some of the above questions don't apply. The work was pre arraigned and was done satisfactory Overall the service rep did a great job.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Excellent service every time I call. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Direct Energy are excellent providers for my annual maintenance (Heat/AC etc)and have no plans of ever changing in the future. Thank you.

    Furnace Service

    The service technician was excellent and resolved the problem immediately. He had to order a new part and returned a couple of days later to install it. Great service. Thanks

    Install of gas fireplace by Direct Energy

    Direct energy installed a gas fireplace for us for $3200 and it has never worked (except occasionally on warmer days) - every time I try to turn it on the flames lift off and the pilot light goes out - had a technician in the other day at a cost of $139 and he couldn't fix it and even put scratches in the concrete hearth - I believe the chimney was installed incorrectly - my house is now up for sale and this thing has to work or I have to subtract $3200 from the house price - therefore I cannot recommend Direct Energy for the installation of gas fireplaces....... however in all fairness they did install our new gas furnace and it seems to be working very well......

    Furnace Service

    It was a relief to know that every thing is SAFE & will work properly. As a widow,I had some concerns about who to trust,our last furnace & A.C. were not the quality they should have been & the work done was very poor.

    Furnace installation

    Pleasant and professional. Sorted out some issues left by a previous installer (AC). They solved a drain problem from previous installation years ago. Final installation was very neat and effective. Very well done.
