    Furnace Serivce

    Mathi the technician that arrived was very nice... knowledgeable and gave me the impression that he enjoyed what he was doing. He was also on-time, punctual and very professional. Thank you.

    I don't know the name of the service technician by he came to our home a number of times. He is excellent, very polite, professional, and very helpful. Thank you.

    Dave M. was the Direct Energy technician came to our house, he was very pleasant and professional and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thanks.

    Water Heater Install

    I gave the score I did because everyone we were involved with right from the beginning choosing the equipment, right through to the installation of them, everyone was very helpful and courteous.

    We were very impressed with the installers - extremely professional. They worked efficiently, took care to clean up and took the time to explain how the new system worked. They were awesome.

    Protection Plan Sales

    Information provided by the Salesperson was excellent. I am looking forward to receiving this information in written form. It is supposedly coming along with my next billing invoice. Thank you

    Hot Water Tank did not function.

    We were unable to get Hot water from the tap We called our service provider. Direct Energy and they had a repairman call us to confirm a time to come to our home that evening.

    Water Heater Service

    The technician was polite and respectful (called ahead and time, covered his shoes, introduced himself and left his business card). He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it - this was really appreciated. I also liked how quickly your company was able to schedule an appointment.
