The technicians from Direct Energy are always pleasant to deal with, and professional. I feel confident of the work that is preformed, as the technicians explained the work preformed, and the impacts of not having the work preformed.

Ed the technician that came out to my home in July was so very nice and professional and then the two men that actually came out in August to upgrade my water heater were very polite and clean. They had lots of experience which is nice now a days. Thank you!

Actually I did not have to call Direct Energy to schedule the appointment. I received a phone call from their rep informing me it was time to schedule my annual heating and cooling maintenance. Now that's what I call service!!

The service technician showed up early, he only took 10 minutes, and he cleaned up after himself! Thankfully he took the time to change our filter too. couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service technician was the best one yet. He came in and took the time to explain to me how to program my thermostat. He was patient and kind. I would have him back in my home again without a thought.

As always both the service call for regular maintenance and the duct cleaning was excellent. No matter how many call I receive from other courses Direct Energy is still my first choice. It is the quality of work that counts more then cost. Thank you for all of your continued service.
