Our previous encounter with Direct Energy was not a good one. This time restored our faith with the company. We were very impressed with the technician. He offered to take his shoes off before walking on our carpets. He was friendly, and arrived on time, ready to answer questions. What a nice change!

The technician that came to my home is the reason I continue to give Direct Energy my business. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He was thorough and informative, you are lucky to have him as an employee.

I discoverd that my air conditioner was not working and called Direct Energy clost to 8:30 am on Monday morning. The customer service representative was very polite and friendly and put me for service between 9 am and 1 pm. He looked at my account and made some recommendation to save me money. He also offered me a promotion to save 3 months of payment on my protection plan and actully lowered my monthly payment by close to $10. Excellent service and he should be commended. That was not all, within 15 munutes of my initial call a technicial called and informed me that he would be at my home wthin 10 minutes. In less tha 10 minutes he was a my door. Amazing, and to top it all he was able to fix my unit at no additional charge to me. He also made some recommendation which will help to lengthen the life of my unit. All 2 employee should be hightly commended on a job well done. Congratulations Direct Energy on a job well done on a day when it was most needed most at 30 degrees. Continue the Good work you come highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and repair was done quickly and accurately. Hot water was back immediately. Glad i opted to have this extended protection. I am a very happy Direct Energy customer!

Craig, was very professional and went through the service with me. He had a 'trainee' Matt with him, and he too was very courteous and professional. I did appreciate the fact they arrived early in the 4 hour window, and did call me to let me know they were on their way.

The service technician was very quiet at first. He did answer my questions but was not forthcoming with any additional comments. By the end of the call, his people skills started to show a little more. As far as knowing what he was doing - he was very knowledgeable. Thank You.

The technicians doing the installation were as best as any service crew can be. They were courteous, professional and polite. And, at the end of their job, it was very easy to tell that the quality of their work was superb and neat. Thank you - Joe and Sergey.
