The two Direct Energy gentlemen that came to my Service Call were very professional and knowledgeable. They got the work completed in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend Direct Energy.

The house I bought had a 13 year old water heater that was rented from Direct Energy. One Sunday morning, I woke up to find water leaking from the bottom of the water heater. I called DE at 9am that morning, and spoke to their call center associate, who advised me to turn off the main water supply to the house. She then proceeded to set up a service call for the repair. To my surprise, she was able to set something up for that same day (a Sunday) between 12-3pm. Based upon what I've heard and read about DE, I was very skeptical. I expected to have to sit at home and wait until 3pm, only to get a call saying that the service had to be rescheduled to another day. But again, to my surprise, the service team called me at 11:50am, saying they would be there in about 15 minutes. And sure enough, at around 12:10pm, they showed up. They immediately went to the water heater, took 5 minutes to assess the problem, and proceeded to make the necessary repair. It was a pressure relief valve that was broken and needed to be replaced. The work was done in 15 minutes, and the team re-checked everything to ensure that all was working as it should. They explained everything they had done clearly to me, and was very transparent about the entire process. And when all was completed, I only had to sign the work order to confirm that the repair was done to my satisfaction. All in, the repair was completed by 12:30pm. Given this was a Sunday, I have to say that I was truly impressed. Again, I've heard the horror stories about DE, and I am sure there are reasons for those. But in this, my first and so far only, experience dealing with DE, I have to give credit where credit it due.

We sincerely appreciate all of the effort and work that the Field Manager and his team made in order to rectify the problem we had with our thermostat. Thanks once again!

The guys were here early and were very professional. They laid out floor runners, worked quietly, gave instructions on the new equipment and worked quickly. I would recommend Direct Energy!

The gentleman who come to provide the service was excellent. I had several questions and he answered them all very thoroughly. He also provided several tips for maintaining my aging A/C unit. This was not a service call, it was a summer tune up, per my protection plan. I didn't remember to call and book it but someone from Direct Energy called to remind me to and book it. Suffice to say, I was pleased with both the booking and the service. Thank you.

During the visit/inspection by the technician, a field supervisor conducted a personal site verification of the work being done by the technician. A few things were found to be not in compliance with the code that had not been corrected during previous technical inspections. However, the knowledge, professionalism and experience of the field supervisor proved to be a valuable learning experience for the technician. The anomalies were corrected and we are very satisfied with this team effort.

The service rep who came to the house (Rob) was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. He was straightforward yet polite about what I should do to keep my AC/furnace running efficiently. He helped me book a duct cleaning at a very good price. I'm very happy with my service call. Cost was included as part of yearly scheduled maintenance as part of my Direct Energy service.

This was my first service call. The staff was pleasant and respectful, and my call was dealt with without delay. I will definitely recommend Direct Energy to my family, friends, and neighbors.

I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service that I received. I called in the am and was able to get a technician that same day. Technician was not only prompt, but pleasant and was to repair right away. Way to go, Direct Energy! Very impressed!

Everyone of Direct Energy employees (including Subs T. (helper) re: water heater tank install.) Greg - Salesman, Cliff and assistant Dave re: furnace installation and Jessie (duct cleaning) were all knowledgeable, professional. Courteous and friendly. They made it a pleasure doing business with.
