    HVAC Service

    The technician was very polite, knowledgable and friendly. He made some suggestions that I could do to keep our air conditioner in excellent running condition. Thank you Direct Energy for fantastic customer service.

    Water Heater

    I have a rental water Heater from Direct Energy, the customer service from Direct Energy is HORRIBLE. I called them on Monday and fixed an appointment for a service on Tuesday between 12.00 - 4.00 PM and when no one showed up till 3.45 I called them and they said the appointment was for tomorrow, Wednesday. They advertise same day service if called before 5.00 PM and both yesterday and today I inquired about the service and was told that NO technicians was available for the service. The scheduler just said you are booked for tomorrow and we donot have any time for today and disconnected the phone. They are also saying that if service has to be disconnected then we have to buy the water heater for $1050 + tax ... They do not allow us to go to another provider and they also provide 3rd grade service. Lets hope they come tomorrow and fix the problem.

    air conditioning service

    These guys do a great job. Kyle was the service "expert" on this day. I've been using their services for several years now for both my furnace and air conditioning and am totally satisfied with every single one of their service "experts". Thanks guys!

    Furnace Service Plan

    Becareful about the service plans. Despite what you will be told if you cancel the plan there is a significant charge. They also had to come back twice to fix the issue.

    Air Conditioner maintenance

    I have the 3 in 1 bundle plan and also the heating and air conditioner maintenance plans. I also have a direct energy water heater. Called on May 23 2014 to schedule air conditioner maintenace as want to start using my air conditioner. The person scheduled my maintenace for May 24 2014 between 2 and 6. This was a beautiful day to waste sitting at home waiting for someone to come and after 6:15pm I called to have the person tell me they could not find any evidence to say the appointment was booked! My family and I wasted a beautiful weekend day! After calming down I scheduled another appointment for Friday May 30 2014 between 5 and 9pm. Called on Thursday to have them tell me again no evidence of a booked appointment! I am fed up, and if i could cancel everything without penalty I would! Customer service is crappy as they have trouble finding my account everytime and what plan i have signed up for. Direct Energy has no trouble taking my $76 monthly. I do not recommend this company at all, and i still have 5 months to endure this crap.God forbid I have something break.

    Maintenance of plumbing and Air conditioning and Heating

    We have received fantastic service when troubled with problems related to plumbing, Air Conditioning and central heating, and we cannot speak Highly enough as to the service and efficiency provided, both by contact personnel and technicians.

    Your technician, Zack, who serviced our A/C last year does a really excellent job, in representing your company and in ensuring we, as your customer, are happy with the work done and understand what is needed to maintain the unit properly.

    RWH Service

    EARLY ON A SATURDAY EVENING WE DISCOVERED WE HAD NO HOT WATER. WE CALLED DIRECT ENERGY. A FEW HOURS LATER A TECHNICIAN WAS AT OUR HOME. HE IDENTIFIED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. FAST AND EFFICIENT! EVEN ON A WEEKEND!! THANK YOU.

    Water heater

    We had the water heater as a rental unit Had no hot water with 3 small children in the house, called them 5 times!!! They sent a technician and each time they would make a different diagnosis, will fez the issue for a few hours and back again to cold water only!!! No solution was found on the company part, until we said enough of this horrible service, day 5 still no hot water We called the competitive company and ordered a new water heater from them, Cancelling all of my services with the direct energy!!! Never again, they don't value any of their costumers needs time or money
