I called to inquire about a service call and got Roxane at ext. 65789 on the phone who through the conversation not only explained all the issues I had but upgraded me to the 6 in 1 plan. This was the best experience with Direct Energy yet. It would be great to deal with a person like Roxane every time I call. Thank you Roxane, You made my day and two of my neighbours are signing up with this program...only with Roxane!

The service technician was absolutely excellent, as are all of the technicians I have dealt with over the years - always so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable, however, I'm not sure if she was speaking too closely to the receiver but I had difficulty understanding her at times.

The sub contractor that replaced our hot water heater was very pleasant and helpful. His work was done promptly and he took time to carefully show me how the new equipment works. He represents your company very well!

All the customer service reps and tech I dealt with in recent past were excellently superb , specially Mr Alan Cotton. He is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable . After completing the job he was here for when asked about another problem he happily agreed to looking into that and told that he will try to resolve the issue other wise book me an appointment for concerned tech. But he himself succeeded in resolving the problem with his shill, experience and positive attitude . I would like to thanks Direct Energy for their high level of service and such excellent staff ,both customer service reps and techs for their highest level of competency and above all the concern all have to provide hot water to a house hold which have kids in such a cold weather. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied with everything. Only thing I would like different is a narrower service window. If you could change that to a two hour window it would be much more customer friendly .

The part replaced was covered under warranty.Will be on a protection plan when warranty is up.The first service person detected the problem. He called to order the part and said it should be complete by the end of the week. Had a call later in the day to inform us the part would be installed the next day. Great service. Thank You.

The Service Tech that came was here last year as well and we would really like him to come again next year. I believe his name was Wally. Very friendly, yet professional.
