The installers are very professional. They are working hard and so quiet doing their job. If people don't pay attention, no one noticed their is a project going on. They are consider everything for my home. My entrance door for some reason cannot open wide, they had to carefully take the door out and let the air conditioner in. After they put back the door, nobody would notice the door re-installed. They are the best!!!

The overall experience was awesome and painless. Peter who came to clean the ducts the following day was tremendous and very good at his job. Thanks again ! ! !

The technician who came in worked with purpose to try and find the reason why the furnace would not work. He cared about what he was doing. I was going to cancel my plan when the contract was up. Now I don't think I will.

The technician that first came was very knowledgeable he fix temporarily the problem and order the new parts the second technician came the day after with the new parts and was very good too. Overall was a great service from direct energy job well done thanks.

The individual that came to the door to fix my furnace thermostat was great. He called me from Woodstock to say he was leaving and would be at my door in half hour. He was very efficient. The person that answered the phone could have cared less that it was – 30 out and my house was 13 degrees and that i was a dialysis patient.
