Waiting for another call back, the first issue was not resolved. hopefully this time. we find direct energy very good and the technicians are very knowledgeable and do explain everything.

1st rep had to order part. 2nd rep was not familiar with part. Had to read instructions. He really tried and it seemed to work OK when he left. It did not work properly during the night. 3rd rep. Seems to be working OK. I still have to put in a schedule. Overall. I am very satisfied.

Steve was our Service Technician, I would recommend him to anyone. It is wonderful in today's world to find customer service, knowledge and caring. Note, we just bought the service protection plan when I made the service call, I put a 10 in the rate scale but this was not a Protection Plan service call.
