    HVAC Service

    The first guy I spoke to on the phone (Achmed) was not the best, but the second guy that I spoke to just to confirm the appointment was very helpful and nice (Hassan?). The only thing I don't like about the Direct Energy service is the 4-hour windows. It would be great if the technician could just give me a 1/2 hour heads up, and then I could go to my house then (it would save hours of waiting in the cold for the technician). Otherwise, I very much appreciate Direct Energy's services. Both technicians that came were great!

    "Have been a Direct Energy customer since the company's inception and have appreciated the service, knowledge and very quick service calls. I have recommended the company to many of my friends and family, however the final choice rests with them. I can relax daily knowing that my needs will be attended to immediately in an emergency or concern no matter what the reason. Thank you for looking after my heating/cooling/water heater needs over the many years, this is a huge comfort to me especially since my husband passed away 5 years ago. The ""heads-up"" emails I have received regarding door-to-door salesman, who are very pressuring and sometimes rude, has given me the determination to close the door quickly and easily with confidence and the knowledge that ""you"" have my back when these instances occur. Thank you most kindly."

    HVAC Service

    The last person I spoke to at Direct Energy sent out an e-mail to his supervisors about my concern to have the furnace problem fixed asap for my elderly parents in a very cold house. He called me back to let me know they were looking into it, and someone would come earlier than expected to fix the furnace. He also addressed the protection plans I had, and let me know that I would get a discount as a result. I appreciate the fact that they revised my account and made the adjustments, plus understood the urgency of resolving the furnace problem quickly in the house for my 2 elderly parents.

    RWH Install

    SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MY FIRST CONTACT WITH DIRECT ENERGY, TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, TO THE TWO YOUNG MEN WHO INSTALLED OUR NEW WATER HEATER, ALL WERE VERY EFFICIENT, VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

    VERY PLEASED WITH THE TWO GUYS THAT WERE HERE TO HOOK UP THE WATER HEAT. VERY TIDY AND THE JOB WAS FINISHED IN DECEIT TIME. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THANK YOU.

    HVAC Install

    Everyone including installation crew was a pleasure both to meet and to work with. Initial contact on service maintenance was performed by Donavan and follow up on sales of new furnace by Matt who both deserve huge thanks and recognition. Both these guys could perform excellent and would be a pleasure to work with on my team in my line of business. Please pass on my thanks to them.

    Plumbing Service

    I was amazed at how quickly I got service and the wonderful job that the two plumbers did. They went above and beyond to look after us and resolve the problem. I would like to know what company they were from as I would like to use them for some non essential work that isn't covered. They were fabulous. Thanks. I clicked yes to having someone from direct energy contact me only to get the name of the plumbing firm that was here.

    Annual furnace inspection as part of maintenance plan

    The service technician who came to our home on Mar 28th was the friendliest, most pleasant and efficient service person we have ever had come into our home. I do not recall his name but he definitely gets two thumbs up from us. I hope you don't loose him as an employee until he is ready to retire. Shirley

    When I called in to make an appointment for a plumber, the gentleman on the phone said that there were no evening appointments but that someone would call me back to book an appointment. After two days I had not heard back from direct energy. I called back and spoke to Peter ( I think that was his name). He was excellent from the get go. He apologized to me for having not received a call back, he offered me a discount on my plan for the inconvenience, he booked me an appointment that evening. The gentleman who came to fix the pluming was early, which worked out well for me, he was polite, he got the job done and it was all cleaned up. Even though the customer service was a little inconvenient at the beginning, the agent that I called and the repair man were excellent. Thank you
