    HVAC Service

    I appreciated all the work done and understand that it is difficult to pinpoint the time of arrival. Both visits to the home were outside the window of time given. Took time off work that wasn't necessary if I had known. That is the only complaint but at the same time I understand. Appreciated the work done and the courteous service.

    Kudos to Sean (your technician). He was professional, friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I can make to Direct Energy (not Sean) to enhance customer service is to carry filters so a furnace replacement filter can be installed at the time of the visit. THEN EVERY WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT.

    The service man who was here this time was extraordinarily pleasant, very well spoken and efficient. I was very pleased with his demeanour and would be happy to see this kind of person every time!

    RWH Install

    (I NEVER GIVE 10). PROMPT, COURTEOUS SERVICE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT THEN EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT ON A SATURDAY! OVER THE YEARS, I HEARD MANY HORROR STORIES ABOUT DIRECT ENERGY AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY MY EXPERIENCE.

    The service was excellent and reps were great, my only complaint was your call back system I called at 10:00 p.m. and didn't get a call back until 10a.m. the next morning in the meantime I was calling in between and waited 2 hours for someone to come on the line but after that the service was excellent. Maybe this just was because of the time of year and I guess you were flooded with calls. However, I thank you for your great service.

    My initial contact with D.E. was because of a CO emergency. I had Toronto Fire Services and Enbridge first. Enbridge shut off all gas appliances and told me to call D.E. I spoke to Les first and gave him all that he needed. I then waited for 5 hours before calling back. I then spoke to Curtis and all the info I had given Les was no where to be found. I repeated it all and he said I would get a call back which I did from John. Then things started to happen. Adam a technician came to my home and Keith his supervisor showed up shortly after. My furnace was the CO problem I needed a new 2nd stage heat exchanger. We had to wait for the TSSA safety man to come and confirm the work needed. My choice was a new heat exchanger or a new furnace. I then heard from Ryan in sales and we met to get it organized which was Jan 2. 4 days after the emergency.Andrew and Sam installed it that day and we had heat. We had been loaned 4 small portable heaters so we could stay in the house and while it was still chilly they helped. So my only issue during the whole process was the missing information on day one. It's probably out in cyber space still. Other than that we are very happy with all the people we dealt with at Direct Energy. You can call if you would like to go over any of this.

    Oh gosh I'd say I'd hire more like her she blew the socks off my feet. Heck if I could recommend her to mother-in-law and others after ME of COURSE that would be great. She was SUPER was in out within 30 mins. that's how good she is and I told her where she would find a outlet bumped up the thermo that all. I'd give her a raise!!!

    The technician was so friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped through the door. He made me aware of what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

    THE INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EAGER TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH COMPETITORS TANK RETURN. I'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED DIRECT ENERGY TO SEVERAL OF MY COMPANY WORKERS. WHO ARE JUST GETTING INTO NEW HOMES THEMSELVES.
