I am extremely pleased with how Ricardo and Direct Energy handled my loss of heat problem on Friday, March 28, 2014. I will be purchasing a Protection Plan by mailing in the form provided by Ricardo.

The tech Scott I believe is his name was very good, I needed a new filter but he didn't have one in his car and that he would bring one by later that day. He called me to inform me that his scheduled calls ran longer than it should of, so he will drop it off the next day. And he did. Thank you so much!

This is my first service I have no complaints. The appointment was prompted. My day wasn't wasted since I worked the night before and must return to work that night. The job was done early and on time for me to go to bed.I like the timing of the service. Technician is a gentleman.

"I'm so glad we signed up for the protection plan years ago. I even posted something to that effect on my Facebook page that night and received many ""likes"". Without the protection plan I would have paid over $1,000. Thanks again!

A part was needed. Unfortunately the wrong part was sent. That resulted in a third visit to install the correct past. The service representative was great and did his best to speed up the resolution of the problem

The installation crew are a credit to your organization .They also took their time to explain to us what they were doing and what stage they were at. Not only very efficient,polite and considerate to the fact we were without heat. Both gentlemen are a credit to your organization. Your rep also went out of his way to ensure we had portable heaters.

Service Technician sent was very informative and was able to provide us with detailed instruction as to why our furnace had problems , and how to resolve future problems. .

We had an excellent experience with Angelo in our home. He was very efficient, friendly and would be happy to have him back for service. He let my daughter watch and answered her questions about what he was doing and his tools. Very friendly. Thank you.

The technician, Scott I believe, who came to my home was fantastic. Great with people even humoured my 4-year old son (who wanted to watch and know everything he was doing). Very knowledgeable and friendly.
