The direct energy employee that came here to clean the furnace was incredibly polite! Really really nice man. He was happy and very courteous. You should clone him! He was excellent!

WE HAD OUR WATER HEATER BREAK DOWN RECENTLY. WE CALLED DIRECT ENERGY AND THERE WAS A REPAIRMAN HERE WITHIN HOURS. BECAUSE WE RENT THE TANK, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO US TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THE REPAIRMEN WERE QUICK AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP BEFORE THEY LEFT. WELL DONE DIRECT ENERGY ! ! THANK YOU !

Your technician was very courteous in every way. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable having him here. He certainly is a credit to your company.

"Other than the price was very expensive compared to the competitions, and i mean ""A lot more expensive"" the service was great and on time, and the same day, we have 3 kids and i didn't have the time to shop around, do i called a few places prices were a lot different form what i got at Direct Energy, the rest was excellent the consultant, very friendly and respectful and well prepared and the technicians extremely nice and patient as well"

The technician was very friendly and informative. He was also respectful in my home. He called before coming to make sure I was okay with the time he would get there. Overall great experience.

The technician that came to clean and service my furnace was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. He has also cleaned my furnace in the past and each time he was so friendly, a real pleasure. An excellent employee and excellent representative of Direct Energy.

The first customer service representative was not able to find me an available appointment time. The next week I received a call from a different representative who found me an appointment within 3 minutes.... not sure why that could not have been resolved on the first call. Otherwise, the service was great. Thank you
