Direct Energy service is always excellent. Yesterday I had forgotten to turn off the pilot on the fireplace so the glass was hot. The technician cleaned the furnace and then made arrangements to come back in the afternoon to clean the fireplace. A follow up telephone call was made by Direct Energy to confirm that this suited my schedule. That qualifies as exceptional service!

It was the person whom I called to set up my yearly furnace appt. that couched me about alittle more coverage for my furnace and tried to complete my request for a certain tec. that I had before. The tech. had a supervisor with him that day and they found a crack and setup another visit later that day to complete the job. Guess who had maintenance insurance? BOTH GENTLEMEN WERE COURTEOUS, UNDERSTAND AND HELPFUL. BOTH CALLED BEFORE COMING SO I WAS AWARE OF THE PERSON AT MY DOOR. THE GENTLEMAN ON SATURDAY OR MONDAY UNEXCEPTIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND VERIFIED IT. HE WAS GENTLE AND CARING – A PERFECT GENTLEMAN A+.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE, PUNCTUAL AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ME. WE ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY TAKE OFF THEIR OVER-BOOTS AND PUT CARPETS ALL OVER OUR FLOOR FOR PROTECTION.

We are extremely grateful for being a customer of Direct Energy. Booking our appointment was fast and punctual. On both visits the 2 technicians were honest and extremely professional. The first technician assessed the problem and discovered what parts needed to be ordered. The second technician,Sambah, was diligent and proud of his work. We too are proud. Once again thank you. And we are proud customers of Direct Energy Sambah was particularly diligent and proud of his work.

The second call I had to make to book the appointment was handled by a much better representative - nothing negative to report on her. Thank you Direct Energy !

The Energy Management Consultant (Mirza) who came to our house was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough and took his time to explain the different options to us to enable us make our choice. He listened to us and responded to all our questions. We are extremely happy with the service he provided us. The technicians who came to install the furnace and air conditioner were very professional and did an excellent job. On the whole we are very satisfied with the service we received from Direct Energy thank you.

EVERY TIME I HAVE CALLED DIRECT ENERGY, THEY HAVE BEEN THERE TO HELP ME WITHIN HOURS.!! NOT DAYS! SAME DAY SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE.

Excellent service all the way around...both the initial call in for the problem and the repairman who came (water heater issue). The 'very good' for Q6 around answer-time for the phone-in was because I had to wait a minute or so. Seriously excellent service all around and consistent with all my past experience with Direct Energy vis-a-vis my home heating/water-heater.

This service request was for my Mothers home which I booked. She is 87 years young and the Service Tech was outstanding explaining the completed work to her which I greatly appreciated.... We have a Service Contract which has been very reassuring knowing she will not have any problems with her heating and cooling systems and this service is part of the contract. Very worthwhile.
