Plumbing problem
I originally spoke to Nancy on March 12th. I was concerned with the cost of the plan. Nancy convinced me that keeping the plan was my best option. The next day it was raining in my kitchen. After calling a couple of plumbers, I remembered I had the plan and called Direct Energy. I was pleased with the service I received on the phone as I was more than upset and the person on the phone tried to get me an appointment for the same day. It wasn't possible but the technician arrived at 8 a.m. the following morning. He was very courteous and explained everything that was happening to me.I was extremely pleased with the service I received and was very happy with the whole experience.
