It is not the Service Technician's fault that the replacement parts had to be ordered from the original equipment mfg! The Service Technician made a temporary repair to adequately get by until the parts arrived. Now that the new exhaust fan assembly is installed and working, it is much quieter, and does not sound like the old one which made noises like a bearing was going to fail! Too bad these impellers are made using plastic instead of steel, as it is highly unlikely that metal fins would break off like some of the plastic ones did! [I was a steel mill quality technician for much of my working years!] Plastic has its place...in our wallets!
