    No heat for a week and no prompt response

    Technician ordered a part and didn't validate the furnace working and left. Enercare case support system is not working. Everytime a new case is opened and complaints are not addressed. Their cases systems do not talk to each other and customer has to deal with their delays.

    Kitchen Sink Plumping

    We requested for Alex from Enercare for the second time around to do some work with our kitchen sink that had issues. Due to his previous great work last call, I knew I wanted him back to do another service. Again, without any issues, he was straight forward, to the point, and amazing customer service for us. He installed another vent and valve to our sink to relieve the clogged which started. We continue to be satisfied with the services and will definitely continue to support this company. Thank you once again Alex for your patience, knowledge and great customer care.

    HVAC Vent

    The technician (Brian) that came was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure he solved the problem. He was very polite and professional as well. I am very happy with the quality of service.

    New furnace and A/C

    Came home from 2 week vacation and furnace was broken .It was cold! Called Enercare and they came out the same day and could of had installers here the next day . The installers were fantastic!

    Distrusting the way they treat you

    They say my account is not paid even though I have showed them proof put my account into the collection agency even though they said they wouldn't this company is horrible

    Prompt on time and friendly service. Knowledgeable reps. and technicians.

    Excellent knowledgeable service technicians and service representatives. Quick appointment scheduled and executed. Paid under annual service contract !

    Furnace Maintenance

    Had Sean from Enercare come today to service the furnace and he did a thorough inspection and cleaning and has us ready for the winter months. Thankfully we have the maintenance plan, so what would have cost about $175, was at no charge. Great service rep and a very nice person to deal with. Thanks Sean!

    Maintenance inspection for propane fireplace. Excellent and professional service by Justin Hillier He took care and explained or rather answered all of. my questions and made some very good recommendation. Appreciate the reliable and good service. Thank you.

    Water heater furnace maintenance and unprofessional.

    I recently got someone to come do a yearly maintenance service on my water heater from enercare. I was issued 2 b tags by the technician on the November 14th 2024 . There was supposed to be a technician coming on November 15th to clear my 2 tags that I did not schedule. Enercare quoted me the job for $800 dollars to clear the 2 tags. I was waiting at home today from 3 to 5:30pm (Schedule appointment by Enercare was from 3pm to 7:00pm) when I received an invoice out of nowhere that was 0 dollars. No phone call by the technician. No one informed me that my appointment that Enercare scheduled was cancelled. I had to call Enercare and they informed me that the appointment was cancelled. I had to take work off so that I could be at this appointment scheduled by Enercare that they told me I had to be there. A case file was created. 0-2518966 when I called back. (They told me after that there was no file created and that is no such number for case files). on one call they also told me that it was escalated and I found out later from another customer service rep that no such escalation was done. Making matters worse. He told me the notes on the file said they apparently contacted me about it and it was in the technicians notes when i asked customer service. The water heater and the line out and whatever was attached to my wall was installed by the water heater people from Enercare when they came 2 years ago. I got the exact same B tag previously and it was cleared (I have that e-mail from Enbridge) when the water heater techs came back and installed a large metal plate in my basement as a heat shield of some sort and Enbridge accepted the clearance of that tag. I was reissued the same BTAG and 1 more BTAG when the most recent technician came to do the supposedly water heater service. He informed me that I was responsible for this issue even though Enercare installed everything and said it was ok 2 YEARS AGO. I've been using the water heater for no issues until I asked for a maintenance service. I contacted another company and they told me something wasnt right here was the tags were cleared for the same issues 2 years ago and was reissued again. Even they thought it was fishy. Something doesn't seem to be right here. I need to speak with someone about this situation or someone from Enercare needs to contact me as I have a 5 year old daughter and my gas is gonna be shut off in 40+ days in the dead of winter when this was installed and and cleared by technicians that Enercare sent to my home 2 years ago and I am now apparently responsible for this mistake they made and an $800 dollar quote from Enercare. Just to make matter worse. I contacted customer care and they told me that the case file created was not real when I tried to buy out my water heater. That was my last straw. I have contacted a reputable company to come look at the 2 B tags issued to see if they were issued correctly. I have bought out my water heater yesterday because the service was absolutely horrible and things said to me was untruthful. I was on the phone for over a total of 10 hours with not real answers and just dishonesty. I've been doing property management for a while this is by far the worse experience I have ever had dealing with a company.

    Horrible customer service NO REPLY FOR 5-6-7 TIMES

    This ENERCARE people and company is HORRIBLE. After us forcibly transferred automatically from ENBRIDGE this people (ENERCARE) charges people for incorrect charges. Even after I cancelled their horrible protection plan, they keep on sending me bills for that. ALSO I HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN 8-9 HOURS ON PHONE TOTALLY FOR THE LAST 3-4 MONTHS, the issue is NOT solved and they keep BILLING ME TWICE.
