I have the Enercare home plumbing protection plan. This service was conducted under my coverage. Very professional plumber performed the work in a timely fashion, caring about my home and the work that was done. Excellent service!

Enercare is a reputable company. We have been customers for many years and always find the sales reps, customer service folks, and techs friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and give good value. Consultant Tyler P walked us through the options to replace our furnace, and followed up before and after the installation to ensure we understand what would happen and that we were satisfied with the work done. Techs David and Christian were fantastic, removing the old furnace, installing the new one, walking us through using the humidifier and new thermostat. Highly recommend this company!

EnerCare could not be send a Technician on the same day my furnace stopped working to correct the problem and reinstate heat. Elderly persons were at home and were affected by the cold. Two heaters, I did not expect, were sent by EnerCare to provide heat. I do appreciate the thought and the care exercised by EnerCare. The Technician arrived the following day, he fixed problem and he provided the reason why the furnace stopped working.

Enercare refuses to provide written contracts. They insist that the verbal contract and the generic terms and conditions on their site are sufficient. Despite this, your maintenance contract is tied to the month you agreed to it. If you want to cancel your services, you are charged in a lump sum for the remaining months leading up to this monthly anniversary. They insist they send a reminder for the renewal but I have NEVER received one. I get maintenance reminders and tons of emails trying to get me to buy things I don't need but never a renewal notice. All of this on top of gouging people on rentals like water heaters. Please talk to your friends and family to protect them from this company.

She was very thorough and attentive to resolving the problem making me feel good that everything was checked and seemed to be in goof order. I liked the fact that she asked a fellow college tech for help as she could not figure out why the Carrier furnace would not run. Which is the reason for me phoning for help. It turned out that the problem was the induction box tubing for the condensate went to the discharge side of the condensate trap instead of the inlet while the tubing from the pressure switch went to the inlet of the condensate. By reversing these two tubes the circuit board received the correct reading and the Carrier furnace was energized and continued working with one "code 3 1" shut down until now. I also missed this fault even though I had the manual which showed the correct installation. Not making any excuses but the original installation was the incorrect tubing configuration and it seemed to run since installation in September 2014 until problems developed last November with two shut downs before that resulted from blocked exhaust vent and condensate build up in induction fan. The latter was probably due to improper tubing installation. Anyway, the two techs solved the problem and the furnace is working well and I appreciate the thoroughness. Thank you very much, Tom

Being kept assured every step of the way despite the bad snow storm. When it was not possible to come, l was quickly booked for next day. Robinson showed up as promised despite being overworked, he still kept his cool and did an amazing job going beyond and over to make sure everything was done properly. He still kept all the Covid-19 protocol.

Reza came to inspect our furnace and was fantastic! He helped us understand our options and advised us on what to do given the age of the unit. I would highly recommend his service.

Had yearly furnace maintenance performed and tech was prompt and courteous and followed all Covid-19 protocols. Asked about service to my tankless water heater and he called and booked a service appointment right then and there for me. Service tech who came out the same day was the same as the one for my furnace, prompt, courteous and followed Covid protocols. Very pleased with the service I receive all the time.

I've been with this company protection plan for 7 years just used their service once Now I sold my property I've been on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minute to cancel after 11 agent passing the call to other finally some one is doing the cancellation process also they still charge me for remaining months on contract imagine you don't own the house but still have to pay for protection plan. Don't Use their services worst worst worst company to deal with

We had an excellent experience with the Enercare Team that came to our home to install our water heater, furnace and air conditioner. Rick, Andrew and Chris were all very nice and friendly. A special thank you to Rick the HVAC Tech Advisor who was amazing! Rick took his time to go over the equipment with us when he was finished. He explained everything thoroughly and provided great tips and feedback. When the crew was finished, they cleaned up the area and left it spotless, very neat and tidy, as though they were never there. They were very fast and efficient. We were very impressed. Fantastic job by this Enercare Team!! We have always used Enercare and we will continue to use only Enercare for products and services for our Home. Enercare is the best! They care about their customers.
