It is unbelievable that Enercare has 80% rating. Go and check their facebook comments and you know the truth. This company is a absolute deceiver. They double charge us for 5 months without any reason. Their representative did nothing to solve the issue and just point you to another representative again and again like a looping game. If you have new house installed a water tank from them, please make sure to get ride of it as the first thing, otherwise you are going to suffer from their bad service.

Great service. The technician took quite a bit of time to clean both the air conditioner and furnace. We have a service plan so I didn't need to put out any additional money.

The Technician Paul was very friendly and an obvious long-time expert in this area. He explained what he planned to do and completed the work in a timely manner. This was my first duct cleaning experience and It was such an easy interaction.

The service agent was excellent, prompt and very thorough in his work, and determination to resolve the core issue for the leaking pipe. He did a complete check of the air conditioning unit, and gave me suggestions on how to maintain it so to avoid any future issues. tHE COST WAS COVERED DUE TO HAVING ENERCARE PROGRAM FOR COVERAGE FOR SERVICE CALLS, THE PLAN IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICEMAN WHO WAS EFFICIENT AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND WHAT I COULD DO TO REMEDY THE SITUATION IN THE FUTURE

My water heater is rented from Enercare. Their response was quick and thoroughly professional. The new water heater was up and running less than 24 hours after the old one failed.

Maintenance work done professionally. The maintenance man knows what he is doing and was able to answer all my inquiries. He also has good explanation on what he was doing. I will want him back again next year.

The furnace is rented, which offers a free annual check up. I called in August, expecting a long wait until Sept., but got an appt. within a week. Warning! It was 30 degrees that day and I had to turn up the furnace to 28 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Service was done with full explanation of the work. I would have liked a new furnace filter supplied for the check up but I had to give up the last filter I had. An email was sent after the check up with a report of the furnace condition. Good service from start to finish.

This service call was perfect. The service technician seemed to have corrected the problem when he saw it. This should not have been an issue if the installers would have informed me that the switch for the AC water pump trips during power outages or even a brief flicker, and I would have had to keep an eye on it. Instead, my basement furnace room was flooded.

Rep Michael was excellent. He let us decide where the pipes were to be installed for our convenience. Men that installed very courteous and tided up everything. I highly recommend this company.
