BUYER BEWARE….NO AFTERCARE FROM ENERCARE I BOUGHT MY AIR CONDITIONER FROM ENERCARE IN 2017. IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED PROPERLY. DARREN FARMER SIGNED MY SALE CONTRACT. IT CLEARLY SAYS 5 Year NO LEMON 10 year parts. It’s contract number 0-1890637. The air-conditioner leaks water into my furnace and onto my floor every year since I bought it. Because of the improper installation of the LEMON air conditioner Darren Farmers manager Karen gave me a permanent service contract. But the call center said I have to pay for them to come out and service this LEMON. THEY DONT HONOUR THEIR CONTRACTS. I’ve been trying to get someone to address this for almost 2 weeks now…..I GET PEOPLE IN COLUMBIA WHO SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK….THEY DONT…..THEN WHEN I CALL IN AGAIN I GIVE THEM THE ESCALATION NUMBER 330-837-97 AND I GET HUNG UP ON…….DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS EXPECTING THEM TO HONOUR SERVICE OR WARRANTIES…….YOULL GET HUNG UP ON BY SOMEONE IN COLUMBIA. AND WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER IN CANADA THEY SAY NO!!!!!! It’s not the process…..BUYER BEWARE…… I’ve contacted the office of the president yesterday and they don’t even respond to you.

I had a great experience with Enbridge. They came one day after I called for an appointment and the technician was knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient. My a/c is working so much better after been cleaned. Technician also cleaned my furnace filter and replaced the filter in the humidifier. It needs to be changed every 2 years.

Professional tech, very efficient. Called ahead to ensure his arrival time was convenient. Showed me how to use the various modes of the thermostat after I asked him (we had just moved into the house about a month ago). Demonstrated that the separate switch atop of the thermostat was to operate the fan in the main bathroom upstairs - my realtor had said it was too switch the AC off and on

I pay $139.00 each for an annual maintenance plan for our home air conditioner and furnace and it is worth every penny. Our air conditioner needed some repairs and both Alex who came first to do the annual maintenance check and Derek who was sent in later to complete a repair were very professional and helpful in explaining to us what needed to be done to make the air conditioner work better. Enercare was able to give me an appointment relatively quickly after my call. The service technician was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace and order the part necessary to fix it. He told me when I would get the part and also when he would be back to install it. Everything went as planned and he was successful at getting my furnace up and running quickly and efficiently. He certainly knew what he was doing and I am very happy with this service call especially as it was all covered by my protection plan. Thank you Fareed.

Enercare came on time. Job 100% satisfaction and left without a trace of dirt or debris. Absolutely recommend the plumbing plan. Service tech was courteous, and respected my house. Appointment was easily booked and quickly.

change in rental fee - no charge from enercare for installation but we required a lot of work on our gas line in addition. everyone was fantastic, especially the electrician Ric who really went above and beyond despite the job being really tricky - reaching our fuse box at the front of hte house from the back of the house.
