The technician Adam was perfect. Adam called ahead, was right on time, took his shoes off, wore a mask, was very courteous but most of all Adam was a professional. Who did his job, with minimum mess and in a timely manner.

Enercare...the name says a lot for this company and dealing with the CS REPS., and SREPS., and TECHS you won't regret any kinds of services you require. I would and will always recommend Enercare.

Enercare sold me a furncace and AC. My AC does not work properly. I tried to make a payment by registered mail for 13,700 dollars, and enercare lost my payment and does not answer my calls in the Toronto area. Enercare instead is charging my line of credit monthly as they have lost my bank draft, after it was sent to them by registered mail, which they signed for. I would like to pay them in full but they have very poor customer service, and they keep me on hold and do not take my calls. I had to cancel my line of credit so they can get in touch with me to get paid in full.

As usual, Enercare provided excellent, professional service. Simple the best for your home heating and cooling needs. The problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired. I've been using them for 30 years and highly recommend them.

Our furnace started showing ice forming on the outside of the unit after we had the A/C running for a few days. Enercare came in and gave us a quote to replace the 20 year old unit and worked with us to get discounts and a timely installation. Great follow through by the salesman and pleasant work crew who were respectful of my space and cleaned up before leaving.

This was our annual Enercare air conditioning maintenance visit. Ben was the best so far! He cleaned everything with care, and really took his time. to check things over and explain. Fantastic service call

The 'plan' covered most of the costs, so we got over $750 worth of services for about $250. Michheal provided us with prompt courteous service. He wouldn't leave until he found this issue - turns out it was a leaking valve. He replaced the valve and made a point of telling me that the repair is under warranty for one year. Michheal was very careful while on our property, always ensuring his mask was in place. He cleaned up when he was finished.

The Enercare technician called prior to his arrival and was very courteous and professional. He looked over the A/C unit and the furnace and everything was in order. He explained what he did and assured me that the unit is in good working order. Very pleasant technician and efficient service.

Hichem and team were able to fit me in same day for diagnostic and next day for the replacement water heater. Hichem kept me informed throughout the process and very professional. Excellent service.

It was refreshing to have a technician who seemed to really enjoy his job and happy to answer any of my questions.
