    Enercare offer to "check".furnace ONLY applies if furnace is already broken

    What is the point of this offer when the furnace is broken. If it's broken, I'd want it fixed or replaced. I don't understand.

    Takes money from people who dont even use you

    Dont even use them and they take money out of my account. Ignoring the investigation the bank is putting through Wont reapond to any requests Would NEVER recommend Customer service is terrible too and will give you the run around

    VERY Difficult to get out of contract when you want to sell house

    Talked an elderly person into leasing an HVAC system when they only needed a repair. Sold house, they kept coming after us for more money and it was difficult to cancel contract.

    Termination of contract for Hot Water Tank/Billing

    My credit card info was compromised and didn't update the new card number in my account. They billed me for a $25 NSF charge because the payment didn't go through instead of a late fee!!! This was a CC payment not a cheque or debit payment.....Unacceptable!! I called to terminate my contract but after reading these reviews I have to wonder if I just committed to another contract!!!

    Hot water

    Hot water stopped working. Waiting for many holds on phone to have an appointment but NO SHOW but told us they came but no one at home we have 5 people at hom. No hot water for 7 days but to buy out, you need $2252 for a stopped working tank. Don't waste money into this ZEROcare!!!

    NO SHOW APPOINTMENT

    I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO PURCHASE OR RENT A WATER SOFTENER. THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2024, 11:30 AM. A ENERCARE CONSULTANT WAS TO COME AND RECOMMEND A PRODUCT BEST SUITED FOR MY HOME. THE CONSULTANT NEVER SHOWED UP. NO CALL TO INFORM ME THAT HE IS NOT BE COMING. I CALLED ENERCARE AT 4P.M. AFTER WAITING ALL DAY, ONLY TO BE JUMPED AROUND FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. FINALLY SPOKE TO A LADY THAT CONFIRMED THAT INDEED THERE WAS AN APPOINTMENT. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE, SHE CONNECTED ME DIRECTLY TO THE CONSULTANT WHO AS SUPPOSED TO COME. HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED AN ARGUMENT WITH ME AND DENIED HAVING ANY INFORMATION ON THE APPOINTMENT AND STARTED TO ARGUE WITH ME INSTEAD, AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM. I TOLD HIM THAT HE SHOULD BE DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE INTERNALLY AND NOT WITH ME IF HE DID NOT HAVE THIS BOOKED APPOINTMENT ON HIS CALENDAR. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SUBMIT A CANCELLATION NOTICE TO REFLECT AS IF I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT. THIS PERSON WAS RUDE, AND NOT TRUTHFUL. ENERCARE NEEDS TO HIRE MOE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH THE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DEFINITELY ORGANIZE THEIR COMPANY TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HIRE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL STAFF DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENERCARE CONSULTANTS TO ANYBODY.

    Poor customer service

    Tried to buy back my 17 year old hot water tank. Everything was fine until the new water tank was put in from a different company. I purchased the new hot water tank but still getting billed for my old tank that I had removed months ago... I told them to close my account but nothing resolved...I still get bills from Enercare... The right hand doesn't talk to the left one... What a disjointed company...

    Billing/conversations

    Bin dealing with them for 1.5 years and not resolved, even today booking an appointment took 6 hours and all my time, absolutely terrible system they have, not even managers I dealt with multiple times new what to do, I had to repeat my self and tell them what accounts where who multiple times. Sad thing is there is no compensation for your waisted time for there lack of business skills. Once only customer service called me and promised me things and said they would follow up in a few days, its bin weeks no one called me back, I sent multiple emails to this person with another problem but they wont reply.
