I had not hot water and I was dreading the call expecting a hassle everyone was so courteous helpful they fixed the tank same day there was a leak issue in the plumbing also fixed I didn't pay a cent and they even called in the plumber for that fix all free of charge and we actually kind and polite. So happy with this service honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.

Exceptional Service, and this wasn't the 1st service call I had from Enercare. The earlier service call a few months past was on my older hotwater tank, where they excelled in the delivery of service. In speaking with the service agent, I was made aware that I had an extended warranty on my furnace. We set up a scheduled time for service, and the technician arrived on the dot. He put on his booties, a considerate touch, and went to work diagnosing my furnace malfunction. He did a thorough diagnosis of my system and determine I needed a major part replaced, not the one I thought, which he had available in the truck. He completed several post repair tests to ensure my family's safety and the safe operation of my furnace. The technician even answered some additional questions I had on my furnace and possible installations of other gas appliances. 5 star excellence in service. I would gladly recommend Enercare as a service company.

MY SERVICE on PROTECTION PLAN TODAY Dec8 2:30pm, was EXCELLENT from ALI. He realized immediately that my 12 year old Thermostat which constantly flashed 'battery low' was worn out and needed to be replaced. He gave excellent advice and will instal the new one as soon as I get it THANK YOU - 5 stars for Ali

Since May 2020 till now (Dec.2020) problem is still escalating. Charged for HVAC rental till now even though is paid in full in August 2020. Salesman said no payment for buying or rental till Dec.2020.Was charged rental from June. Billing Dept is NOT HELPFUL AND SO IS THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT. Will not RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

We phoned Enercare about a broken exhaust pipe on our water heater. They immediately pulled up our file and assessed the problem. Determined the age of the water heater and offered to replace it. Arranged an installation within days. Josh and Brandon, the installers, called to remind us of appointment, called when they were within 30 minutes of arrival and worked quickly and efficiently. Made sure that the area was clean when they left. We have always had excellent service with Enercare.

This was one of the best service calls I've had. The serviceman, Ric, did a thorough review of the setup for our water heating situation, including building electrical setup, to determine best avenues to resolve our hot water capacity issues. He clearly explained our space and power limitations and therefore what our best options are likely to be. Ric was clear in his explanation and showed genuine interest in solving our problem...and put a great deal of energy into investigating our physical setup. Well done!

I have a monthly protection plan that provides all the services that I need with furnace plumbing. The technicians step ver knowledgeably and take the time to understand my needs.

I have been a costumer of Enercare for years, they have always provided an excellent professional service. The installation yesterday of a new furnace, water tank and AC went flawlessly.

Enercare installed a new furnace, central air conditioner and tankless hot water appliance. The work was top flight and the service was excellent and prompt. We would recommend Enercare without reservation.

Our water tank wasn't heating water and draining water. After an 18 minute telephone diagnostic we had a repair technician scheduled for 8am-12pm the next day. The repair technician fixed the problem in approximatley 30 minutes.
