    Furnace Maintenance

    The technician Raymond Mohabis, arrived within his window. He adhered to Covid protocol, was respectful of my home and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was a pleasure to do business with.

    The service man was excellent. For the first time I have heat coming to my upstairs bedroom. Whatever he did worked amazingly, and it was more than the filter change :)

    I Very pleased with Enercare

    Very happy with service I got from Enercare , Im the owner at @2 8 Commodore ave in Toronto The Technician was amazing ,his name is Ali , can't believe how honest and humble he was with me , I had no heat and with in a few hours of me calling , he was in my house and fixed everything fast , I recommend Enercare to everyone ,

    Gas Fire Place Repair

    Service Tech came in a timely manner, both times they were friendly and professional and explained what had to be done and cost before doing the work, which is appreciated. Both service techs were happy to be working for Enercare. It's nice to see employees happy working for the companies they work for.

    Furnace service call no heat

    Came right in morning we were only with out heat over night Josh called ahead and was right on time he tested for co as well to make sure we would be ok. Very courteous and professional

    Furnace repair

    Furnace cleaning ended in 9 days without heat in November. We called the company day after day but nobody could advise when we would get the part. Told next day, then 4 days , then next day. Then silence. Asking to speak to management or to escalate did no good. Terrible communication ended up in our purchase of a new furnace that we had not planned upon. We had to have heat, worried pipes would freeze. Company name should be Doesn’t care.

    Dishonest and Sneaky

    I purchased a new home about 3 months ago. At the time of the purchase, I was told the home had a hot water heater and really didn't think much about it. Moved in and didn't notice at first because the kids were on summer break but once we got into our regular schedule we noticed that their was insufficient hot water. We tried various work arounds (shortening shower times, staggering them a bit etc...). Nothing seemed to work and it was clear this 50 gallon take was insufficient for our family of 6. My old home had a 60 gallon take which seemed to work fine. So, I called Enercare and told them I would like to replace the tank, either by purchasing new or renting one from them, depending upon the price. They immediately told me that returning was NOT an option under any circumstance. They also told me that a new 60 gallon take would be prohibitively more expensive per month. I asked them if they could rent it at the same price and they said "no, prices are fixed". So, I went back to the "return" option. After quite a bit of haggling, it turns out you do have the option to "buy back" the existing tank (which is five years old). So, what's the catch? That cost of the tank is $1,462 including HST. A 5 year old 50 gallon tank, which is more expensive than a brand new 80 gallon tank. I spoke to Customer service rep, Shiraz and Water Tank Manager Mahabub and neither one was willing to do anything to help our situation. They kept repeating... "well, if the tank wasn't working, that's a different story, we'd break the contract"... to which I replied, "yes, but it isn't working for us, because inevitably every morning two members of my household have to take 2 showers". There responses just got progressively worse and more nonsensical. If you are stuck doing business with these guys, get out when you can. I will NEVER do business with this company. This is organized extortion. How our government can let these guys operate under these terms is mind blowing.

    Water heater

    Enercare home services very pleased fast reliable professional and that is what I pay for peace of mind when it breaks I want it fixed asap no hot water! We could not wait so fast efficient service with positive results thankyou

    HVAC System Replacement Quotation

    Unprofessional company and pricing are atrocious. People keep changing their commitment every single time. Cancelled the signed agreement just a day before the installation because the sales person called me a day before to correct his misunderstanding. This gave me no room to even decide and after so many visits and confirmation never expected this. Remeber holding hostile is absolutely not professional. Never ever again!

    The coverage and maintenence plan is a must!

    This monthly maintenance and protection plan is a must. Saves hundreds of dollars when you don't expect it. The technicians in general are great. Happy with the service. Highly recomended.
